A standard questionnaire based on the Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) included demographic characteristics, criteria of the disease and various questions related to chronic urticaria was selected. Each question had five items included: always, often, sometimes, just a little and not at all. Then each item was scored between 0-4 respectively. The total score was calculated from 0 to 100. The worst score of quality of life was considered 100 and the best quality of life scored zero.       Results: Out of total 155 cases, 132 were enrolled in which 99 (75%) were female subjects and 33 patients (25 %) were male (female to male ratio, 3 to 1). Seventy nine (60%) had degree of diploma or a bachelor of science. Most of the patients were married (87 people) and 58 of the patients were housekeepers. The numbers of lesions were often between 1 and 10 in 55 cases (42%). Daily living activities were the worst among patients under the age of 20 years, and the best daily activities belonged to the patients older than 40 years.  While more severe disease was associated with worse quality of life. Conclusion:This study showed that chronic urticaria in some aspects of quality of life of patients affected and the disease is more severe the situation is getting worse every day thoughts and activities.}, keywords = {Urticaria,Chronic,Quality of life,Evaluation}, title_fa = {بررسی کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به کهیر مزمن}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه : هدف از این مطالعه ارزیابی اثرات کهیر مزمن بر کیفیت زندگی در افراد مراجعه کننده به کلینیک های آلرژیک طوبی و بوعلی سینا ساری می باشد. روش کار: این مطالعه توصیفی در سال 1388-1391 در کلینیک های آلرژی طوبی و بوعلی سینا شهر ساری انجام شد. پرسشنامه استاندارد مربوطه بر اساس اندکس کیفیت زندگی درماتولوژی (DLQI) انتخاب شده که حاوی مشخصات دموگرافیک، مشخصات بیماری و سوالات مختلف مربوط به کهیر مزمن بوده است. اطلاعات به دست آمده با نرم افزار اکسل و SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج: از تعداد کل  155 نفر   - تعداد 132 نفر وارد مطالعه شده اندکه   99 نفر مونث (75%) و 33 نفر (25%) مذکر بوده اند(نسبت 3 به 1). از نظر تحصیلات 79 نفر (60%) دیپلم تا لیسانس داشته اند. اکثر بیماران متاهل (87 نفر)  بوده اند. از نظر شغلی غالباً خانه دار بوده اند(58 نفر). تعداد ضایعات غالباً بین 1 تا 10 عدد داشته اند (55 نفر برابر 42%). تنها  فعالیتهای روزمره  در سنین زیر 20 سال از همه بدتر بوده است. ولی در سن بالای 40 سال از همه بهتر بوده است از طرفی شدت بیشتر بیماری با کیفیت بدتر زندگی همراه می باشد.   نتیجه گیری: این مطالعه نشان داد که کهیر مزمن بر بعضی از جنبه های کیفیت زندگی بیماران اثر گذاشته و هر چه بیماری شدیدتر باشد وضعیت فکری  و فعالیتهای روزمره آنها بدتر می باشد}, keywords_fa = {کهیر,مزمن,کیفیت زندگی,ارزیابی}, url = {https://mjms.mums.ac.ir/article_3208.html}, eprint = {https://mjms.mums.ac.ir/article_3208_de6d55a2a24dc14d4643938ce1ed4c48.pdf} }
