Obesity is associated with important complications such as coronary heart disease and diabetes (3,5). Obese children because of their inappropriate diets and consumption of energy dense foods which lack adequate minerals, may be at increased risk of micronutrient deficiencies. So in this study we tried to figure out if there is any association between low levels of  micronutrients such as iron , calcium and phosphorus and obesity. Materials and Methods A total of 280 obese and 280 non obese children ranging between 2-16 years old were evaluated. BMI>= 85% was defined as overweight. Serum iron, ferritin, TIBC, MCV, hemoglobin, hematocrit, calcium and phosphorus levels were evaluated in both groups.Then the data were compared. Result In obese children 94.3% had hemoglobin in the range of anemia where this was 60% in control group. Serum iron was low in 56.1% of obese children vs 10.4% in control group. Serum level of calcium and phosphorus was significantly lower than normal in obese children. Conclusion This study's results show the significant impact of healthy nutrition on the overall health of the society and also show the effect of healthy nutrition on preventing obesity and it's complications.  }, keywords = {Anemia,Iron deficiency,Nutrition,Obesity,Rickets}, title_fa = {ارتباط چاقی و کمبود ریزمغذیهای آهن، کلسیم و فسفر در کودکان 2 ـ 16 سال}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه شیوع چاقی در کشورهای مختلف رو به افزایش است و با عوارض مهمی چون بیماریهای قلبی عروقی و دیابت مرتبط است. کودکان چاق به دلیل عادات غذایی نا صحیح و مصرف مواد غذایی با کالری بالا و ارزش غذایی کم ممکن است در معرض کمبودهای تغذیه ای مختلف قرار گیرند لذا در این مطالعه ارتباط بین چاقی و کمبود ریزمغذیهای آهن کلسیم و فسفر بررسی شده است. روش کار این مطالعه مورد شاهدی  در سال 1388-1390 در بیمارستان امام رضا انجام شد. پرونده های 280 کودک چاق در محدوده سنی 2 ـ 16 سال با 280 کودک با وزن طبیعی در همین محدوده سنی بررسی شد. BMI‍‍‍  بالاتر یا مساوی 85% به عنوان اضافه وزن در نظر گرفته شد. سطح آهن سرم، فریتین ،TIBC، MCV،MCHC، هموگلوبین، هماتوکریت، کلسیم و فسفر در هر دو گروه ارزیابی شد و سپس نتایج به دست آمده با هم مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل شد و با آزمون های کای اسکوئر، تی و دقیق فیشر مقایسه شدند. نتایج در کودکان چاق در 3/94% هموگلوبین در محدوده کم خونی بود که در کودکان با وزن طبیعی60% بود. سطح آهن سرم در 1/56% کودکان چاق پایین تر از حد طبیعی بود که در کودکان با وزن طبیعی4/10%  بود. میزان MCV  و MCHC کاهش یافته در گروه شاهد به ترتیب 6/73% و5/72% بود که در بچه های چاق به ترتیب در 6/99% و4/96%کاهش نشان داد. سطح کلسیم و فسفر خون نیز در بچه های چاق به طرز قابل توجهی پایین تر از گروه کنترل بود که این یافته ها مؤید ارتباط چاقی با کم خونی فقر آهن و کمبود کلسیم و فسفر بود. نتیجه گیری این نتایج نقش مهم و مؤثر تغذیه صحیح در سلامتی را نشان داده و نیز اثر آن را در پیشگیری از عوارض چاقی  روشن می کند.}, keywords_fa = {: چاقی,ریز مغذی,کم خونی فقر آهن,کلسیم فسفر,کودکان}, url = {https://mjms.mums.ac.ir/article_423.html}, eprint = {https://mjms.mums.ac.ir/article_423_d19ead116ff4ffb6919f347de2058544.pdf} }
