Although influenza A H9N2 subtype virus is considered as widely spread low pathogen in poultry, however there are a few reports of human infection by this virus. This study was conducted to evaluate if such infection in human related by Poultry Farm Industries i.e. workers of slaughter house, poultry farms, and poultry clinics in Iran has occurred or not.   Materials and Methods   In this study, sera and swabs–nasal and throat- were collected from workers of slaughter houses, poultry farms, Razi institute. To prevent false positive and negative results in HI test the sera were treated by trypsin-periodate and concentrated RBC respectively. RT-PCR was accomplished seeking HA and NP genes of H9N2 subtype influenza viruses.   Results   Of 148 sera HI titers, two and 17 samples were 1/160 and 1/40 respectively for antibody against H9N2 influenza virus. The higher titers belonged to slaughter house workers. No viruses were detected in RT-PCR.   Conclusion   The positive sera for antibody against H9N2 influenza virus showed a changing tendency of these viruses toward infecting human tracheal epithelia. However the highest titer in slaughter house worker showed the need to close contact with poultry and their feeces for infection to be occurred. It means that the virus needs more circulation in human population to be adapted as true human influenza virus.}, keywords = {Avian influenza,H9N2,Serological survey}, title_fa = {بررسی سرولوژی و ملکولی آلودگی به ویروس انفلوانزای طیوری H9N2 در کارکنان صنعت طیور}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه ویروس انفلوانزای H9N2 یکی از ویروسهایی است که بیماریزایی کم داشته و در سال 1999 باعث بیماری در دو دختربچه 1 و 4 ساله در هنگ کنگ ش د . با وجود اینکه این ویروس در سطح وسـیعی از پرنـدگان شـیوع دارد امـا گزارشات کمتری از عفونت انسان با این ویروس وجود دارد. این مطالعه به منظور بررسی وجـود و یـا عـدم وجـود آلودگی در کارکنان مرتبط با صنعت طیور در ایران مثل کشتارگاه ها، مرغداری ها موسسه واکسن سـازی ر ازی و کلینیکهای طیور انجام شد . روش کار این مطالعه مقطعی، در سال 1385 در مرغداری های کشور انجام شـد. نمونـه هـای سـرم و سـوآب گلـو و بینـی از کارکنان کشتارگاه، مرغداریها، کلینیکهای طیـور و موسـسه رازی جمـع آوری شـد. جهـت جلـوگیری از مثبـت و منفی کاذب شدن نتایج آزمون HI سرمها را به ترتیب با روش تریپسین- پریـودات و گلبـول قرمـز متـراکم هـضم تکثیـر جهـت RT-PCR(Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction)تـست .گردید ژنهای HA و NP ویروس انفلوانزای H9N2 انجام شد نتایج از 148 نمونه سرمی ، 2 و 17 نمونه به ترتیب دارای عیار HI :1/160 و HI: 1/40 برای آنتی بادی ضد ویـروس H9N2 بودند. بالاترین تیتر مربوط به کارکنان کشتارگاه می باشد. هیچ ویروسی بـا روش RT-PCR تـشخیص داده نشد. نتیجه گیری مثبت شدن آنتی بادی ضد H9N2 نشان دهنده تغییر توانایی ویروس به سمت آلوده کردن بافـت اپـی تلیـال نـای انسان می باشد. وجود بالاترین تیتر در کارکنان کشتارگاه نشان دهنده آن است که جهـت عفونـت زایـی ویـروس، نیاز به تماس نزدیک با طیور و فضولات آنها می باشد . به همین منظور ، ویروس جهت سـازگاری بـا بـدن انـسان و محسوب شدن به عنوان یک ویروس انسانی واقعی ، نیاز به گردش بیشتر در بین جمعیتهای انسانی دارد. }, keywords_fa = {انفلوانزای پرندگان,H9N2,بررسی سرولوژی}, url = {https://mjms.mums.ac.ir/article_5428.html}, eprint = {https://mjms.mums.ac.ir/article_5428_6151aeee8855dc4e2e6834b42a9128ba.pdf} }
