LAD-1 results from lack of b2 integrin molecules (CD11 & CD18) on the leukocyte cell surface. These molecules are essential for leukocyte adhesion to endothelial cells and chemotaxis. The present case report is about a 42-month-old girl with recurrent otitis, pneumonia and gingivitis. On physical examination, patient was pale and malnourished. Multiple desquamated erythematous plagues were found on her body and extremities. Blood investigations revealed persistent leukocytosis with normal serum Immunoglobulin profile and complement. The diagnosis of LAD1 was made based on Flow cytometry finding; showing decreased in CD11 and CD18 markers of PMN a. Conclusion When a patient has persistent leukocytosis and recurrent infections, investigation for the primary immune deficiency, specially leukocyte adhesion deficiency must be considered.}, keywords = {Leukocyte,Adhesion,Integrin,leukocytosis}, title_fa = {گزارش یک مورد نقص چسبندگی لکوسیتی}, abstract_fa = {نقص چسبندگی لکوسیتی یک اختلال نـادر در عملکـرد لکوسـیت هـا مـی باشـد کـه بـه دو تیـپ 1و2 تقـسیم می شود. تیپ 1 به علت فقدان مولکولهای اینتگـرین بتـا دو در سـطح لکوسـیتها مـی باشـد کـه وجـود آنهـا جهـت چسبندگی لکوسیتها به سلولهای اندوتلیال و کموتاکسی ضروری می باشد. معرفی بیمار در این گزارش دختر 3/5 ساله با شکایت عفونت های مکرر گوش، ریه و ژنژیویت (بیماری انساج عمقـی لثـه) معرفی می شود. در معاینه بیمار مختصر رنگ پریده می باشد و سوء تغذیه دارد، همچنین پلاک های اریتماتو متعدد بـا پوسـته ظریـف در روی تنـه و انـدام هـا مـشهود اسـت. در آزمایـشات بـه عمـل آمـده لکوسـیتوز مـداوم، سـطح ایمونوگلوبین سرم و کمپلمان و کموتاکسی طبیعی می باشد. با توجه به یافته های فلوساتیومتری و کاهش قابل توجه مارکرهای CD11 و CD18 نوتروفیلی مداوم تشخیص نقص چسبندگی لکوسیتی تیپ 1 داده شد. نتیجه گیری اهمیت همراهی عفونت های مکرر و ژنژیویـت، همچنـین لکوسـیتوز مـداوم جهـت بررسـی نقـایص ایمنـی بـ ه خصوص نقص چسبندگی لکوسیتی را نشان می دهد.}, keywords_fa = {نقص,چسبندگی,اینتگرین,لکوسیتوز}, url = {https://mjms.mums.ac.ir/article_5506.html}, eprint = {https://mjms.mums.ac.ir/article_5506_804e146c0a562cf04ffff3bf06e7998f.pdf} }
