One of the implications is increased blood pressure that Could be caused by factors such as noise. This study aimed to investigate the effect of noise on workers blood pressure. Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted on 604 workers of the steel company. Demographic and occupational information and risk factors for high blood pressure,  and  the mean blood pressure of twice measurements were recorded in questionnaires. There was an audiometer in each workstation, the  workers were divided in to two proups based on the level of expoesure to noise And in each of the two groups: less or more than  85 dB noise level was applied. Results: In the totall population the prevalence of hypertension was 11.6% ,The prevalence of smoking was 15/3% and  56/4% of workers exposed to noise 85 db A and more. There were statistically significant differences in the Comparison of the mean systolic and diastolic blood pressures in 2 groups.The Workers exposed to noise of ≥ 85db were 3.2 times more at risk of developing systolic hypertension and 2.5 times more at risk of developing diastolic high blood pressure Conclusion:In this study there was a significant difference between more than the limit exposure to noise and the prevalence of high blood pressure and the risk of high blood pressure infection..Therefore, we suggest continuous monitoring of blood pressure of the workers exposed to noise, to  prevent complications well timed.}, keywords = {Hypertension,Noise,Occupational health,workers}, title_fa = {اثر مواجهه با سروصدا بر فشارخون کارگران بخش صنایع استیل}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه در محیط کار منابع متفاوتی از انرژی وجود دارندکه  در صورت رعایت نشدن شرایط استاندارد می توانند به ریسک فاکتورهای پیدایش برخی عوارض یا اختلالات در محیط کار تبدیل شوند. یکی از این عوارض افزایش فشار خون است که می تواند در اثر عواملی چون سر و صدا به وجود آید. هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی تاثیر آلودگی صوتی محیط بر فشار خون کارگران می باشد. روش کار این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی در استان خراسان در سال 1393-1394، بر 604 نفر از کارگران صنعت انجام شده است.اطلاعات دموگرافیک،شغلی و ریسک فاکتورهای فشارخون بالا و میانگین دو نوبت اندازه گیری فشارخون در چک لیستی ثبت شد.هر ایستگاه کاری صداسنجی شد.افراد مورد مطالعه براساس میزان مواجهه با سروصدا دو گروه تقسیم شدند: افراد در مواجهه با سروصدای کمتر از 85 دسی بل (گروه 1)و افراد در مواجهه با سرو صدای بیشتر-مساوی 85 دسی بل (گروه 2).اطلاعات بانرم افزارSPSS و آزمون های آنوا و تی و کای اسکوئر تجزیه و تحلیل و بررسیشد. نتایج در این مطالعه در کل شیوع فشارخون 6/11%،مصرف سیگار3/15% بود و 4/56 % از کارگران در مواجهه با سروصدای بیشترمساوی 85 دسی بل قرار داشتند. میانگین فشارخون سیستولیک ودیاستولیک دو گروه ،تفاوت معنی دار آماری نشان داد .تفاوت شیوع هایپرتانسیون سیستولیک و هایپرتانسیون دیاستولیک معنادار بود. افراد در مواجهه با صدای ≥ 85 دسی بل، 3/2 برابر در خطر بیشتری برای ابتلا به فشارخون بالای سیستولیک (049/0p=) و ، 5/2 برابر در خطر بیشتری برای ابتلا به فشارخون بالای دیاستولیک بودند (009/0p=). نتیجه گیری در این مطالعه میان مواجهه با سروصدای بیشتر از حد مجاز و میزان فشار خون بالا، شیوع و خطر ابتلا به آن رابطه معناداری مشاهده شد پیشنهاد می شود که با پایش مداوم فشارخون کارگران در معرض صدا از عوارض آن جلوگیری شود.}, keywords_fa = {سلامت شغلی,فشارخون,کارگر,سروصدا}, url = {https://mjms.mums.ac.ir/article_7338.html}, eprint = {https://mjms.mums.ac.ir/article_7338_add1c159c7c9374012b1bfb0ab575c48.pdf} }
