Two-third of the world population (about 170 million) are infected with hepatitis C infection and every year spend a lot of cost in diagnosis and treatment of this infection. Hepatitis C virus is an enveloped, single-stranded RNA virus with positive polarity and is a member of Flaviviridae family and its genomic length is 9.6 kb. Hepatitis C virus has tendency to develop chronic infections (70 – 80 percent of cases) that in the end stages may lead to cirrhosis or hepatocellular carcinoma. Due to high heterogeneity in genome of these viruses, an effective vaccine to prevent hepatitis C infection hasn’t been developed. For many years the main treatment for hepatitis C infection was a combination of pegylated INF-α and ribavirin , but its use has been limited because of numerous side effects of the drug and also viral resistance. Nanoparticles are used in diagnosis and treatment of hepatitis C infection commonly because of their effective drug delivery to the tissue. These nanoparticles are separated into two groups, organic and non- organic nanoparticles and they can effectively treat or prevent the progression of the disease with their direct or indirect effects. Most organic nanoparticles used for this purpose are lipid nanoparticles and the most non-organic nanoparticles are magnetic nanoparticles (Fe3O4 and γ- Fe2O3), gold and copper. The purpose of this paper is to review the nanoparticles in diagnosis and treatment of hepatitis C infection.}, keywords = {}, title_fa = {نانو ذرات در تشخیص و درمان عفونت هپاتیت C}, abstract_fa = {عفونت هپاتیت C یکی‌ از اصلی‌‌ترین مشکلات بهداشتی جهان است. دو سوم جمعیت جهان یعنی‌ حدود ۱۷۰ میلیون نفر به عفونت مزمن هپاتیت C مبتلا هستند و هر ساله هزینه‌های فراوانی‌ صرف تشخیص و درمان این بیماری می شود. ویروس هپاتیت C ویروسی‌ با تمایل به ایجاد عفونت‌های مزمن (۷۰ تا ۸۰ درصد موارد ) است که در فاز انتهایی به سیروز یا سرطان کبد منجر می گردد. به دلیل وجود جهش‌های فراوان در ژنوم این ویروس، امکان تولید واکسنی موثر برای پیشگیری از ابتلا به این عفونت وجود نداشته است. امروزه استفاده از نانوذرات در تشخیص و درمان هپاتیتC  به دلیل کمتر بودن عوارض جانبی و همچنین کمک این ذرات به دارو رسانی موثر به بافت هدف توسعه پیدا کرده است. این نانو ذرات به دو دسته آلی و غیر آلی تقسیم شده و با اثر مستقیم یا غیر مستقیم خود موجب درمان یا جلو گیری از پیشرفت بیماری می شوند.  جمع آوری منابع معتبر برای نگارش این مقاله مروری با موضوع نانو ذرات در تشخیص و درمان عفونت هپاتیت C، از طریق پایگاه‌های علمی‌ اطلاعاتی‌ مانند PubMed، Scopus و Google Scholar انجام گرفت. لازم به ذکر است که محدودیت زمانی‌ برای جستجوی مقالات در هیچ کدام از پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی‌ در نظر گرفته نشد. ورود مقالات به مطالعه از طریق جستجوی کلمات کلیدی و معیار، استفاده از نانو ذرات مختلف در امر تشخیص یا درمان عفونت هپاتیت C بوده است. لازم به ذکر است که داده‌های ورودی به صورت کمی‌ مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.  بیشترین نانو ذرات آلی استفاده شده به این منظور نانو ذرات لیپیدی و بیشترین نانو ذرات غیر آلی استفاده شده نانو ذرات مغناطیسی‌Fe2O3) -γ و Fe3O4 )، طلا و مس بوده اند. هدف از این مقاله بررسی مروری انواع نانو ذرات در تشخیص و درمان عفونت هپاتیت C می‌باشد.  }, keywords_fa = {تشخیص,درمان,نانوذره,ویروس هپاتیت C}, url = {https://mjms.mums.ac.ir/article_7721.html}, eprint = {https://mjms.mums.ac.ir/article_7721_1ebd942718dda98f24bca213d97515fa.pdf} }
