اثر بخشی درمان فرا تشخیصی یکپارچه بر تمایز یافتگی خود و دشواری تنظیم هیجان در مراجعان دارای نشانگان اضطرابی

چکیده

مقدمه
 درمان فرا تشخیصی یکپارچه رویکردی ساختارمند و کوتاه مدت است که برای بهبود مشکلات هیجانی، شناختی و رفتاری طراحی شده است. این پروتکل درمانی تاکید ویژه‌اش بر روی نحوه تجربه و پاسخدهی به هیجان‌‌‎ها می‎باشد که سعی در اصلاح کوشش‎های غیرانطباقی هیجان، شناخت و رفتار را دارد.
روش کار
 پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان فراتشخیصی یکپارچه بر تمایزیافتگی خود و دشواری تنظیم هیجان در مراجعان همراه با نشانگان اضطراب می‎باشد. روش پژوهش شبه آزمایشی، با طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون بود که به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس با نمونه 24 آزمودنی انجام گردید و پس از انجام مصاحبه ساختاریافته، و اجرای پرسشنامه تمایزیافتگی خود اسکوورن و دشواری در تنظیم هیجان گراس به صورت تصادفی ساده در دو گروه آازمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند.
نتایج
 نتایج نشان داد پروتکل درمان فراتشخیصی یکپارچه بارلو نه تنها منجر به افزایش سطح تمایزیافتگی خود در افراد گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل می شود، بلکه این درمان به طور معناداری منجر به کاهش سطح دشواری تنظیم هیجان افراد گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل می شود.
نتیجه گیری
 در نتیجه در حالیکه درمان فراتشخیصی میزان تمایزیافتگی را افزایش می‎دهد که بهبود تنظیم هیجان را هم به دنبال دارد.، بین سطح تمایزیافتگی خود و دشواری تنظیم هیجان هم همبستگی منفی وجود دارد و با افزایش تمایزیافتگی، دشواری تنظیم هیجان کاهش می‎یابد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: integrated meta-diagnosis therapy a structured and short-term approach designed to improve emotional, cognitive, and behavioral problems. This protocol emphasizes how to experience and respond to excitements, which seeks to improve the non-matching efforts of excitement, cognition and behavior                                                                                                                                           
Methods: This study aimed to The efficacy of integrated meta-diagnosis therapy on    their differentiation and the difficulty of regulating excitement in patients with anxiety syndrome  The research method was quasi-experimental, with pre-monogram-post-sampling design. The sampling method was available with a sample of 24 subjects. After a structured interview, and the implementation of the Squaren self-differentiation    questionnaire and the difficulty in regulating the excitement of Gross, they were randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups                  
Result: the   results showed that Barlow's integrated diagnostic protocol not only increased the level of differentiation in the experimental group compared to the control group, but also significantly reduced the level of difficulty of the excitement of the experimental group compared to the control group Gets                                                                                                                                                                
Conclusion: As a result, whileintegrated meta-diagnosis therapy increases the degree of differentiation that leads to improved emotional regulation, there is also a negative correlation between the level of differentiation and the difficulty of adjusting the excitement, and with increasing differentiation, the difficulty of adjusting thrill decreases.
