بررسی ارتباط میان مهارت‎های زندگی و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی با فرسودگی شغلی معلمان زبان انگلیسی تربت حیدریه

چکیده

مقدمه
 مطالعه حاضر به بررسی رابطه بین مهارت‎های زندگی و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی با فرسودگی شغلی معلمان زبان انگلیسی شهرستان تربت حیدریه رضوی بررسی شود.
روش کار
 مطالعه حاضر از نوع همبستگی می‎باشد. جامعه آماری کلیه معلمان زبان انگلیسی متوسطه اول و دوم آموزش و پرورش شهرستان تربت حیدریه و مناطق  اطراف آن به تعداد  400 نفر می‎باشند. نمونه گیری به روش تصادفی ساده انجام شد و شامل 196 نفر از معلمان  زبان انگلیسی متوسطه اول و دوم آموزش و پرورش بود. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه مهارت‎های زندگی معلمان زبان ساعت چی و همکاران(1389)، پرسشنامه رفتار شهروندی سازمانی پادساکف و همکاران(1990) و پرسشنامه فرسودگی شغلی مزلاک(1981) می‎باشد. در نهایت  داده­ها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون و تحلیل واریانس یک راهه به کمک  نسخه 18 نرم افزار آماری SPSS   بررسی شدند.
نتایج
یافته­های مطالعه حاضر در مورد رابطه بین مهارت‎های زندگی با فرسودگی شغلی معلمان زبان انگلیسی و همچنین رفتار شهروندی سازمانی با فرسودگی شغلی معلمان زبان انگلیسی با تحقیقات قبلی در بعضی از مؤلفه­ها همخوانی ندارد. اما در مورد ارتباط بین رفتار شهروندی سازمانی و مهارت­های زندگی با بیشتر تحقیقات قبلی همخوانی وجود دارد.
نتیجه گیری  
نتایج به طور کلی نشان میدهد که بین مهارت های زندگی با رفتار شهروندی(01/0p< و 91/0r=)  رابطه معناداری وجود دارد و همچنین بین خرده مؤلفه ها رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد. ولی در برخی خرده مولفه ها مثل   جوانمردی با تفکر خلاق (05/0p> و 26/0r=) رابطه معناداری وجود ندارد.

Introduction: The present study investigates the relationship between life skills and organizational citizenship behavior with burnout in English teachers of Torbat Heydariyeh
Methods: This study was a correlational study. The population of the study is 400 English teachers of first and second grade secondary education in Torbat Heydariyeh city and its surrounding areas. Sampling was done by simple random sampling and included 196 first and second grade English language teachers. Data gathering tools are the Life Skills Questionnaire of Chi Chi et al. Teachers (2010), the Podsakov et al. (1990) Organizational Citizenship Behavior Questionnaire, and the Maslach Burnout Inventory (1981). Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient, regression and one way ANOVA using SPSS 18 software.
Results: : The findings of the present study regarding the relationship between life skills with burnout of English teachers as well as organizational citizenship behavior with burnout of English language teachers are inconsistent with previous research in some components.
Conclusion: The results showed that there is a significant relationship between life skills and citizenship behavior (r = 0.91, p <0.01) and also between sub-components. But in some subscales such as fairness with creative thinking (p> 0.05 and r = 0.26) there is no significant relationship.
