بررسی شیوع اختلالات اسکلتی - عضلانی مرتبط با کار در بین پزشکان متخصص زنان و زایمان

چکیده

مقدمه: اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی از مهم‌ترین و شایع‌ترین آسیب‌های شغلی می‌باشند که منجر به ناتوانی و غیبت از کار کارکنان می‌شوند. با توجه به میزان شیوع رو به افزایش اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی این تحقیق باهدف بررسی شیوع اختلالات در متخصصین زنان و زایمان در سال 1396 انجام‌شده است.
روش کار: در این مطالعه مقطعی همه متخصصان شرکت‌کننده در چهاردهمین کنگره بین‌المللی زنان و مامایی ایران بر اساس روش سرشماری انتخاب و درنهایت 50 نفر در مطالعه شرکت کردند. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌ نوردیک (Nordic) شامل: اطلاعات دموگرافیک و سؤالات عمومی و اختصاصی شغلی استفاده شد. اطلاعات با استفاده از آزمون t دو نمونه‌ای و آزمون مجذور کای تحلیل گردید.
نتایج: بیشترین و کمترین میزان درک درد در متخصصین بعد از شروع به کار به‌طور میانگین به ترتیب در نواحی گردن (%81) و آرنج (%15) بوده است. درصد فراوانی تجربه درد و ناراحتی ناشی از اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی در طول یک سال گذشته به ترتیب در گردن (73%)، پایین کمر (62%)، شانه‌ها (41%)، بالای کمر (36%)، زانوها (34%)، مچ دست‌ها (24%)، بازوها (16%) و آرنج (7%) گزارش‌شده است. به‌علاوه رابطه معناداری ازلحاظ آماری بین سن، سابقه کار، ساعات فعالیت در هفته با درد در نواحی مختلف بدن دیده شد (05/0P-value<).
 نتیجه گیری: شیوع اختلالات اسکلتی_عضلانی در متخصصان زنان و زایمان به دلیل این‌که عمده وظایف این شغل مربوط به خم شدن جهت معاینات می‌باشد، بالا است. ارزیابی ارگونومی با روش‌های دقیق‌تر و همچنین مداخلات ارگونومی در محیط کار متخصصان زنان و زایمان با رضایت شغلی پایین‌تر نیاز است.

Abstract
Introduction: Musculoskeletal disorders are one of the most important and most common occupational injuries that lead to disability and absence from work. Given the increasing prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders, this study aimed to investigate the prevalence of disorders in gynecologists in 2017.
Materials and Methods: In this cross-sectional study, all experts participating in the 14th International Congress of Gynecologists and Obstetrics of Iran were selected based on a census method. Finally, 50 subjects participated in the study. Nordic questionnaire including demographic information and general and specific occupational questions were used for data collection. Data were analyzed using two-sample t-test, chi-square test.
Results: The highest and lowest level of pain perception among specialists after the onset of work was on average in the neck area (81%) and elbow (15%). The frequency of pain and discomfort experienced by musculoskeletal disorders during the last year was Neck (73%), Lower Back (63%), Shoulders (41%), Upper Back (36%), Knees (34%), Wrists (24%), Arms (16%) and elbows (7%) reported. Also, there was a statistically significant relationship between age, work experience, hours of activity per week with pain in different areas of the body (P-value <0.05).
Conclusion: The prevalence of skeletal disorders in gynecologists is high because the main tasks of this occupation are to bend for examination. Ergonomic assessment with more accurate methods as well as ergonomic interventions in the workplace of gynecologists with lower job satisfaction is needed.
