Attempts have been made to correlate serum lipids in leukemia patients with the disease activity and response to chemotherapy. Material and Methods: The aim of this study was to evaluate a possible prognostic significance of serum lipid profile in patients with acute leukemia before and after chemotherapy. Methods: Fasting blood samples were obtained from 78 previously untreated patients at Tehran University of Medical Sciences hospitals at the time of diagnosis and after chemotherapy with complete remission. Total cholesterol, serum triglyceride, HDL-C and LDL-C were estimated by enzymatic kits. Results: A total of Seventy eight proved cases of ALL and AML with mean age of 24.87 years were studied out of which 53.8% were males and 46.2% were females. An altered serum lipid profile was observed at the time of diagnosis of patients. Statistically significant values included elevated TG(194.41±18.28mg%), reduced TC (128.97±8.53mg%),LDLC (82.84±6.76mg%) and HDLC(25.30± 1.22 mg %).After complete remission  the lipid profile significantly was different, a reduction in TG (127.84±8.59mg%) and elevated TC(168.01±11.66mg%),LDLC(105.10±6.41mg%),and HDLC (37.38±1.78mg%) were observed.Values are given as  mean±SD. Conclusion: These results support the idea that cholesterol and its fractions(LDLC, HDLC), and TG determination might be considered as useful biochemical and prognostic markers in hematologic neoplasms.}, keywords = {Acute Leukemias,Total cholesterol,High density lipoprotein cholestrol(HDLC),Low density lipoprotein cholestrol (LDLC),Triglyceride (TG)}, title_fa = {مقایسه تغییرات لیپیدهای سرم در بیماران مبتلا به لوسمی‌های حاد قبل و بعد از شیمی درمانی}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه تحقیقات موجود بیانگر اختلالات لیپیدهای سرم در انواع سرطان ها میباشد. همچنین مطالعاتی در مورد وضعیت لیپیدهای سرم در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان خون و ارتباط آن با فعالیت بیماری و نحوه پاسخ به شیمی درمانی صورت گرفته است. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی پروفایل لیپیدی بیماران مبتلا به لوسمی حاد قبل و بعد ازدرمان می باشد.  روش کار جمعیت مورد مطالعه 78 نفر از بیماران مبتلا به لوسمی های حاد مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان‌های تابعه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران بودند. نمونه‌گیری قبل و بعد از شیمی درمانی انجام ‌گردید و تری گلیسرید-کلسترول تام و HDL-C و LDL-C اندازه گیری شد. نتایج در این تحقیق 78 بیمار مبتلا به لوسمی‎های حاد مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته‎اند.آنالیز آماری نتایج با نرم‎افزار spss (نسخه16) نشان می‎دهد که بین میانگین کلسترول تری گلیسرید HDLCو LDLCبیماران قبل و بعد از درمان تفاوت معنی‎داری وجود دارد. قبل از شیمی درمانی میزان کلسترول تام ،HDLCوLDLC به ترتیب 53/8 ± 97/128، 76/6±84/82، 22/1 ± 30/25  میلی‎ گرم درصد بود، تری گلیسرید نیز میلی گرم 28/18 ±41/194 میلی‎گرم درصد بود. پس از شیمی درمانی میزان کلسترول تام و HDLCوLDLC به ترتیب برابر66/11±01/168 ،6/41±10/105،1/78 ± 38/37 میلیگرم درصد سنجش شد تری گلیسرید پس از درمان به 59/8 ± 84/127میلی‎گرم درصد کاهش یافت. نتیجهگیری با بررسی های بیشتر می توان از سنجش لیپیدها به عنوان روشی ساده، سریع و ارزان در ارزیابی پاسخ بیماران مبتلا به لوسمی به درمان در مراکز درمانی بهره مند شد.}, keywords_fa = {لوسمی های حاد,تری گلیسرید,کلسترول تام,HDLC,LDLC}, url = {https://mjms.mums.ac.ir/article_10189.html}, eprint = {https://mjms.mums.ac.ir/article_10189_b62853ef4fa020a73cfe44b50cd9efbe.pdf} }
