Materials & Methods: The method of this study was quasi-experimental with two experimental design nodes and control group. The statistical population consisted of the students of Islamic Azad University of Arak in the academic year 97-98. 45 students were selected using available sampling method and were randomly assigned into three experimental and control groups (15 students in each group). Participants completed the Miguel et al.'s (2000), Burns et al.'s (1997) academic self-efficacy questionnaires, and Bufard's (1995) academic self-regulation questionnaires. The hypotheses were tested by multivariate analysis of covariance and one-way analysis of variance. Results: The results showed that in the educational self-efficacy variable, positive psychology training and then cognitive self-compassion were respectively effective. In academic burnout variable, cognitive self-compassion training and positive psychology were respectively effective. Positive psychology and then cognitive self-compassion were respectively effective on academic self-regulation. Conclusion: Positive psychology training and cognitive self-compassion promote academic self-efficacy and self-regulation as well as decrease academic burnout.}, keywords = {Academic self-regulation,Cognitive self-compassion,Academic self-efficacy,Positive psychology,Academic burnout}, title_fa = {اثربخشی آموزش روانشناسی مثبت‌نگر و خود‌دلسوزی شناختی بر خودکارآمدی، فرسودگی و خودتنظیمی تحصیلی دانشجویان}, abstract_fa = {مقدمهپژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش روانشناسی مثبتنگر و خوددلسوزی شناختی خودکارآمدی، فرسودگی و خودتنظیمی تحصیلی دانشجویان صورت گرفت.روش کارروش این پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با طرح دو گره آزمایش و گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد اراک در سال تحصیلی 98-97 بود که تعداد 45 نفر از دانشجویان با استفاده از شیوه نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به ‌طور تصادفی در سه گروه آزمایش و کنترل  (در هر گروه 15 نفر) جایگزین شدند. شرکتکنندگان پرسشنامههای خودکارآمدی تحصیلی میجلی و همکاران(2000)، فرسودگی تحصیلی برسو و همکاران (1997) و خودتنظیمی تحصیلی بوفارد (1995) را تکمیل کردند. فرضیه‌ها با آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره و تحلیل واریانس یکطرفه آزمون شدند.نتایجنتایج نشان داد که در متغیر خودکارآمدی تحصیلی به ترتیب آموزش روانشناسی مثبتنگر و سپس خوددلسوزی شناختی اثربخش بودند. در متغیر فرسودگی تحصیلی به ترتیب آموزش خوددلسوزی شناختی و سپس روانشناسی مثبت نگر اثربخش بودند. در متغیر خود تنظیمی تحصیلی به ترتیب روانشناسی مثبتنگر و  سپس خوددلسوزی شناختی اثربخش بودند.نتیجه گیری  آموزش روانشناسی مثبتنگر و خوددلسوزی شناختی باعث ارتقاء خودکارآمدی و خودتنظیمی تحصیلی و همچنین کاهش فرسودگی تحصیلی میگردد.}, keywords_fa = {خودتنظیمی تحصیلی,خوددلسوزی شناختی,خودکارآمدی تحصیلی,روانشناسی مثبت نگر,فرسودگی تحصیلی}, url = {https://mjms.mums.ac.ir/article_14260.html}, eprint = {https://mjms.mums.ac.ir/article_14260_108649aef44499a81f4c82b2e7bd18f8.pdf} }
