Alongside the many benefits that are available on the Internet, its harmful effects are particularly debated in the health field. Minor psychological disorders such as depression, anxiety, and stress can affect people's daily functioning of life. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between internet addiction and anxiety, stress, and depression in Mashhad medical students. Methods: A descriptive-analytical study was conducted on 329 medical science students of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences in the second semester of the academic year 2018-2019. The students were selected using stratified random sampling method. Data were collected using two questionnaires of Young Internet Addiction Assessment Questionnaire (IAT) and Depression, Anxiety and Stress Questionnaire (DASS-21(. Result: The mean age of students was 22.72±4.01 years. The mean duration of Internet use was 4.18±2.51 hours / day and the mean score of Depression was 5.72±4.87 and Anxiety was 4.65±4.06 and Stress was 8±4.70 (from 21 score). The results of logistic regression showed that there is a significant relationship between internet addiction and minor psychological disorders. Conclusion: Due to the high prevalence of Internet use among students and its association with minor psychological disorders, it seems essential that relevant authorities, by cultivating, informing, and planning to leisure optimization, resolve the problem of addiction Internet and thus reduce the severity of mild mental disorders.}, keywords = {Internet addiction,Anxiety,Depression,stress,Student,Mashhad University of Medical Sciences}, title_fa = {بررسی ارتباط اعتیاد به اینترنت با افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: امروزه، اینترنت جزء لاینفک زندگی روزمره افراد است. در کنار مزایای فراوان اینترنت، آثار مخرب آن خصوصاً در حوزه سلامت مورد بحث می­باشد. اختلالات روانی از قبیل افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس می­تواند عملکرد روزانه زندگی افراد را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد. در این مطالعه برآنیم تا به بررسی وجود رابطه اعتیاد به اینترنت با افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس در میان دانشجویان علوم پزشکی مشهد بپردازیم.روش کار: در این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی که به صورت مقطعی در نیمسال دوم سال تحصیلی 98-1397 در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد صورت گرفت، 329 دانشجو مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. دانشجویان به صورت نمونه گیری طبقه ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در این مطالعه، پرسشنامه­ی سنجش اعتیاد اینترنتی یانگ ((IAT و پرسشنامه افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس (21 – DASS) بود.نتایج:میانگین سن دانشجویان 01/4±72/22 سال بود. میانگین زمان استفاده از اینترنت 51/2±18/4 ساعت در شبانه روز بود.  میانگین نمرات افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس به ترتیب 87/4±72/5 ،06/4±65/4 و 70/4±8 (از 21 نمره) ارزیابی شد. نتایج رگرسیون لجستیک نشان داد که اعتیاد به اینترنت با افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس رابطه معنادار دارد.نتیجه گیری:با توجه به بالا بودن میانگین زمان استفاده از اینترنت در بین دانشجویان و ارتباط آن با افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس، ضروری است که مسئولین مربوطه، با فرهنگ سازی، آگاه سازی و برنامه ریزی در جهت پر کردن اوقات فراغت به بررسی و رفع این معضل بپردازند.}, keywords_fa = {اعتیاد به اینترنت,اضطراب,افسردگی,استرس,دانشجو,دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد}, url = {https://mjms.mums.ac.ir/article_15617.html}, eprint = {https://mjms.mums.ac.ir/article_15617_ff549008582a9099e9ee2a16e3b4e0c1.pdf} }
