Diet and nutrition play an important role in health and preventing from these diseases. Because dietary patterns have an important role in progression of CVD risk factors, we decided to explore dietary patterns and cardiovascular diseases risk factors of Mashhad city’s people. Materials and Methods With the use of food-frequency questionnaire data from MASHAD Study, dietary patterns of healthy Mashhad’s adults (35-65 y old; n=1500) were identified by factor analysis and cardiovascular disease risk factors were investigated across the quintiles of dietary patterns. Results Two major dietary patterns were extracted: mixed and westernized. The mixed pattern was characterized by high intakes of vegetables, fruits, chicken, seafoods, legumes and dairy products. The westernized pattern was characterized by high intakes of fast foods, soft drinks, red meat, coffee, french fries, tea, snacks and nuts. Weight, BMI and WC increased across the quintiles of both patterns while total cholesterol and LDL-c increased across the quintiles of westernized dietary pattern. HEI score was greater across the quintiles of mixed dietary pattern. Conclusion These dietary patterns were weakly associated with cardiovascular diseases’s risk factors. On the other hand these dietary patterns identified were based on the real food intakes of healthy people and they were not representative of ideal dietary patterns, we need to assess different passes that mediated the relation between dietary patterns and cardiovascular diseases’s risk factors other than traditional risk factors.  }, keywords = {Cardiovascular diseases’s risk factors,Dietary patterns,Factor Analysis}, title_fa = {بررسی الگوهای غذایی، نمایه تغذیه سالم و عوامل خطر سنتی بیماری های قلبی عروقی در بزرگسالان 35 تا 65 ساله شهر مشهد}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه بیماریهای قلبی- عروقی (CVD) مهمترین علت مرگ در سراسر دنیا هستند، به طوری که ادعا می شود سالانه 17 میلیون نفر در اثر این بیماریها جان خود را از دست می دهند. رژیم غذایی نقش مهمی را در زمینه سازی برای عوامل خطر بیماری های قلبی عروقی ایفا می کند و همچنین مطالعات اخیر نیز شواهدی در زمینه ارتباط بین الگوهای غذایی با بیماری های مزمن و خطر مرگ و میر را بیان کرده اند. هدف این مطالعه تعیین الگوهای غذایی، امتیاز نمایه تغذیه سالم و بررسی وضعیت عوامل خطر سنتی بیماری های قلبی عروقی در الگوهای غذایی به دست آمده در بزرگسالان 35 تا 65 ساله شهر مشهد می باشد. روش کار این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی در شهر مشهد از مهر ماه سال 1390 به مدت نه ماه انجام شد. برای انجام این مطالعه، تعداد 1500 نفر از افراد شرکت کننده در طرح MASHAD STUDY به طور تصادفی انتخاب شدند. برای تعیین الگوهای غذایی از پرسشنامه بسامد خوراک 65 موردی استفاده شد. الگوهای غذایی با استفاده از روش تحلیل عاملی در نرم افزار spss تعیین شدند.  برای تعیین امتیاز نمایه تغذیه سالم از تجزیه و تحلیل پرسشنامه بسامد خوراک توسط نرم افزار تغذیه ای Nutritrac, version3 استفاده شد. اطلاعات به دست آمده از اندازه گیری های تن سنجی و آزمایش های بیوشیمیایی انجام گرفته بر نمونه های خونی شرکت کنندگان برای بررسی وضعیت عوامل خطر سنتی بیماری های قلبی عروقی در الگوهای غذایی به دست آمده مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. نتایج افراد بالاترین پنجک الگوی غذایی مخلوط در مقایسه با افراد پایین ترین پنجک، وزن، نمایه توده بدن، دور کمر و امتیاز نمایه تغذیه سالم بالاتری داشتند. افراد بالاترین پنجک الگوی غذایی غربی در مقایسه افراد پایین ترین پنجک، وزن، نمایه توده بدن، کلسترول خون، LDL-c  و دور کمر بالاتر و امتیاز نمایه تغذیه سالم پایین تر داشتند. نتیجه گیری الگوهای غذایی غالب در مردم مشهد شامل 2 الگوی مخلوط و غربی می باشد و افرادی که از الگوی مخلوط پیروی می کردند، از غذاهای پر کالری مانند لبنیات پرچرب و گوشت قرمز نیز استفاده می کردند که این به نوبه خود باعث خنثی کردن اثرات مفید الگوی غذاهای سالم این الگو بر روی عوامل خطر بیماری های قلبی عروقی شده است.}, keywords_fa = {الگوی غذایی,تحلیل عاملی,عوامل خطر بیماری های قلبی عروقی}, url = {https://mjms.mums.ac.ir/article_1759.html}, eprint = {https://mjms.mums.ac.ir/article_1759_ef3c1f586e2e8b45fb1c8ce7604ef11c.pdf} }
