The study was conducted to predict adjustment based on tolerance for ambiguity and perfectionism among patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder.Method: The research method was correlation with forecasting approach and regression design. From the statistical population of patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder referring to counseling centers in District 4 of Tehran, 150 people were selected as a sample using a multi-stage random method. Research tools included adaptability (Spanier, 1976), ambiguity intolerance (Freiston et al., 1994), perfectionism (Terry Short & et al., 1995). The research data were analyzed using SPSS and Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression.Results: The results of correlation coefficient showed that marital adjustment with ambiguity tolerance (r = -0.35, p = 0.001) and perfectionism (r = 0.35, p = 0.001) had significant correlation. have. The results of regression also showed that perfectionism with beta coefficient of 0.31 can predict the marital adjustment of obsessive patients more than the intolerance of ambiguity with beta multiplication of 0.22 and also 17% variance related to marital adjustment, based on tolerance. Ambiguity and perfectionism are explained.Conclusion: adjustment of patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder can be predicted using intolerance and ambiguity. Therefore, by improving the intolerance of ambiguity and perfectionism of obsessive-compulsive patients, their compatibility can be strengthened.}, keywords = {Obsession Disorder,Marital compatibility,Tolerance of ambiguity,Perfectionism}, title_fa = {پیش بینی سازگاری زناشویی براساس تحمل ابهام و کمال‌گرایی در بین بیماران مبتلا به اختلال وسواس فکری-عملی}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: اختلال وسواس فکری- عملی یکی از رایج ترین اختلالات روان شناختی است که اثر زیادی بر عملکرد و کیفیت زندگی مبتلایان دارد، این پژوهش با هدف پیش بینی سازگاری زناشویی براساس تحمل ابهام و کمال گرایی در بین بیماران مبتلا به اختلال وسواس انجام شد.روش: روش پژوهش همبستگی با رویکرد پیشبینی و طرح رگرسیون بود. از جامعه آماری بیماران مبتلا به اختلال وسواس مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره منطقه 4 شهر تهران با استفاده از روش تصادفی چند مرحلهای 150 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه سازگاری زناشویی (اسپانیر، 1976)، پرسشنامه عدم تحمل ابهام (فریستون و همکاران، 1994)، پرسشنامه کمالگرایی (تری شورت و همکاران، 1995) بود. دادههای پژوهش با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS و آزمونهای پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه تحلیل شد.نتایج: نتایج ضریب همبستگی نشان داد که سازگاری زناشویی با تحمل ابهام (35/0- =r، 001/0=p) و کمالگرایی (35/0=r، 001/0=p) همبستگی معنیداری دارند. نتایج رگرسیون نیز نشان داد کمال گرایی با ضریب بتای 31/0 بیش از عدم تحمل ابهام با ضرب بتا 22/0 میتواند سازگاری بیماران وسواسی را مورد پیش بینی قرار دهد و همچنین 17 درصد واریانس مربوط به سازگاری ، بر اساس تحمل ابهام و کمالگرایی تبیین میشود.نتیجه‌گیری: سازگاری زناشویی بیماران مبتلا به وسواس با استفاده از عدم تحمل ابهام و کمالگرایی قابل پیشبینی است. بنابراین با بهبود عدم تحمل ابهام و کمالگرایی بیماران مبتلا به وسواس، میتوان سازگاری آنها را تقویت کرد.}, keywords_fa = {اختلال وسواس,سازگاری زناشویی,تحمل ابهام,کمال‌گرایی}, url = {https://mjms.mums.ac.ir/article_19238.html}, eprint = {https://mjms.mums.ac.ir/article_19238_19ddea5c8639c589ae4434eb9263c92d.pdf} }
