The training was carriedout for eight weeks and five days a week, equivalent to 65 and almost 100 percent of the maximum oxygen consumption, respectively, for the program of CT and HIIT swimming. Measurement of blood and tissue variables (visceral fat and liver) was done by ELISA method and statistical analysis was done using one-way analysis of variance and at a significance level of p<0.05.Results: The results showed that CT and HIIT swimming after induction of metabolic syndrome increased level of irisin in the liver tissue and visceral fat of rats (p=0.002 and p=0.0001, respectively); so the changes were higher after HIIT. The glucose levels in the CT and HIIT swimming group were significantly lower than the standard and the metabolic syndrome control (p=0.0001) groups. No significant difference was observed in the insulin sensitivity (p=0.67) between the training groups and the metabolic syndrome control group.Conclusion: It is possible that moderate and high intensity intermittent swimming induce protective effects on metabolic syndrome by increasing irisin and reducing blood glucose.}, keywords = {metabolic syndrome,Continuous swimming,High-intensity interval swimming,Irisin,Insulin sensitivity}, title_fa = {مقایسه تاثیر هشت هفته تمرین شنای تداومی و تناوبی با شدت بالا بر مقادیر بافتی آیریزین و حساسیت به انسولین در موش های صحرایی نر مبتلا به سندرم متابولیک}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: هدف تحقیق حاضر، مقایسه تاثیر هشت هفته تمرین شنای تداومی و تناوبی با شدت بالا بر مقادیر بافتی آیریزین و خساسیت به انسولین در موش های صحرایی نر مبتلا به سندرم متابولیک بود. روش کار: 48 سر موش صحرایی نر ویستار شش هفته ای و وزن 180-150 گرم انتخاب و پس از القای سندرم متابولیک، به طور تصادفی به چهار گروه هشت تایی کنترل استاندارد، کنترل سندرم متابولیک، شنای تداومی متوسط+سندرم متابولیک (CT+MetS) و گروه شنای تناوبی با شدت بالا+سندرم متابولیک (HIIT+MetS) تقسیم شدند. تمرین شنا به مدت هشت هفته و پنج روز در هفته معادل 65 و تقریباً 100 درصد حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی به ترتیب برای CT و HIIT اجرا گردید. اندازه گیری متغیرهای خونی و بافتی (چربی احشایی و کبد) به روش الایزا و تحلیل آماری با استفاده از آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه در سطح معنی‌داری 05/0p< انجام شد.نتایج: شنای CT و HIIT پس از القای سندرم متابولیک، باعث افزایش سطح آیریزین در بافت کبد و چربی احشایی موش ها می شود (به ترتیب با 002/0=p و 0001/0=p) و این تغییرات پس از HIIT بیشتر بود. مقایر گلوکز در گروه شنای CT و HIIT به طور معنی دار از گروه کنترل استاندارد و سندرم متابولیک پایین تر بود (0001/0=p). از طرف دیگر، حساسیت به انسولین (67/0=p) بین گروه های تمرین با گروه کنترل سندرم متابولیک، تفاوت معنی داری نداشت. نتیجه گیری: احتمال دارد که شنای CT و HIIT، اثرات درمانی محافظتی بر روی سندرم متابولیک از طریق افزایش آیریزین و کاهش مقادیر گلوکز خون داشته باشد.}, keywords_fa = {سندرم متابولیک,شنای تداومی,شنای تناوبی با شدت بالا,آیریزین,حساسیت به انسولین}, url = {https://mjms.mums.ac.ir/article_21441.html}, eprint = {https://mjms.mums.ac.ir/article_21441_18d56fc924264a018e0846c5c45cdbd6.pdf} }
