Theaim of this study was to determine if 10-weeks of functional exercise training would result in improvements in functional fitness and quality of life of people with Parkinson's disease. Subjects and Methods: Research methodology was experimental with pre-test, post-test and control group. A total of 20 men and 20 women with mild to moderate idiopathic PD, aged 55-75 were randomly divided into control and experimental groups. Before the training period the level and severity of disease, mental state, functional fitness and quality of life in all patients were assessed respectively by using UPDRS and H&Y, MMSE , FFT and PDQL questionnaire. Research data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and inferential (MANOVA, ANOVA, T-test). All operations and statistical analysis at significant level (P≤0.05) were performed using SPSS software version 18. Results: The results showed that there was no significant difference between patients in functional fitness (P=0.99) and Quality of Life (P=0.87) in pretest. While in the experimental group the pretest and posttest scores on functional fitness (P=0.00) and quality of Life (P=0.01) were significantly different. Conclusion: These findings suggested the role of functional training in improving functional fitness and quality of life in patients with Parkinson disease. It would effects positively on individual's independence to perform daily living tasks and having a better life.}, keywords = {Physical Activity,Functional fitness,Quality of life,Parkinson disease}, title_fa = {تأثیر فعالیت جسمانی بر آمادگی کارکردی و کیفیت زندگی افراد مبتلا به پارکینسون}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه  بیماری پارکینسون (PD) دومین بیماری رایج مخرب سیستم عصبی مرکزی و یکی از علل شایع ناتواتی در سالمندان است. این مطالعه تأثیر 10 هفته فعالیت‌های جسمانی کارکردی را بر آمادگی کارکردی و کیفیت زندگی افراد مبتلا به پارکینسون بررسی کرده است. روش کار  این مطالعه در سال 1392 و به روش نیمه تجربی از نوع کاربردی با طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون و گروه کنترل بود. تعداد 20 زن و 20 مرد مبتلا به پارکینسون ایدیوپاتیک خفیف تا متوسط، در دامنه سنی 75-55 سال بطور تصادفی در گروههای کنترل و تجربی قرار گرفتند. قبل از اجرای تمرینات، سطح و شدت بیماری، وضعیت ذهنی، آمادگی کارکردی و کیفیت زندگی بیماران به ترتیب با استفاده از مقیاس UPDRS و H&Y، پرسشنامه MMSE، آزمون FFT، پرشسنامه PDQL جمع‌آوری شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (آزمون مانوا، آنوا و آزمونهای تی تست) در نرم افزار SPSS  و در سطح (05/0>p) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نتایج نشان داد که بین نمرات آمادگی کارکردی (99/0=p)و کیفیت زندگی (87/0=p) افراد در پیش آزمون تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت در حالیکه در پس آزمون بین نمرات آمادگی کارکردی (00/0=p) و کیفیت زندگی (01/0=p) تفاوت معناداری در گروه تجربی دیده شد. نتیجه گیری   یافته‌های این تحقیق نقش فعالیت‌های کارکردی در  بهبود آمادگی کارکردی و کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به پارکینسون را نشان می دهد. این تمرینات به طرز مثبتی در استقلال این افراد جهت انجام تکالیف روزانه و بهره‌مندی از زندگی بهتر، مؤثر است.}, keywords_fa = {فعالیت جسمانی,آمادگی کارکردی,کیفیت زندگی,بیماری پارکینسون}, url = {https://mjms.mums.ac.ir/article_3009.html}, eprint = {https://mjms.mums.ac.ir/article_3009_65c3bc49c2d32bb2ce0cb3f7870c6af8.pdf} }
