One of the several factors implicated in the etiology of malnutrition is sub-optimal food intake during hospitalization. The aim of present study was to investigate the nutritional intake of intensive care unit patients. Materials and Methods: This cross sectional study was conducted over a period of one day. Questionnaire containing demographic information, anthropometric measurements, and nutrition type and nutrition line for patients was completed. Ideal body weight was calculated by patient's height that was estimated based on the ulna length. Energy and protein requirements were calculated by using the equation 25-30 kcal / kg and 1-1.5 g / kg, respectively, for ideal body weight. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 16 and t-test (P≤0.05). Descriptive statistics was carried out for qualitative and quantitative variables. Results: 46 subjects aged 18-89 (59±20.5) years participated in this study. Mean of hospital stay was 20.2 ± 27.2. Energy and protein intake of enteral patient was significantly (P≤0.05) differ with energy and protein requirements. Only 50% of oral intake patient ate all of their lunch meal. Conclusion: Gavage solution prepared in the hospital was insufficient to meet the energy requirements of patients but provide more than the need of protein requirements. 50% of oral intake patients were ate less than half of their meals provided.}, keywords = {Malnutrition,energy,Protein,Intensive care}, title_fa = {بررسی دریافت تغذیه ای بیماران بستری در بخش های مراقبت ویژه بزرگسالان بیمارستان قائم}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه  سوء تغذیه مرتبط با بیماری منجر به افزایش عفونت، تاخیر در بهبودی،  طولانی شدن مدت بستری، افزایش هزینه های بیمارستان و مرگ و میر می گردد. یکی از فاکتورهای شناخته شده در اتیولوژی سوءتغذیه دریافت کمتر از حد مطلوب غذا طی بستری در بیمارستان است. هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی دریافت تغذیه ای بیماران بستری بخش مراقبت های ویژه است . روش کار در این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی پرسشنامه ای حاوی اطلاعات دموگرافی،اندازه گیریهای آنتروپومتریک ، نوع تغذیه و مسیرهای تغذیه برای بیماران تکمیل شد. وزن ایده آل با تخمین قد بر اساس طول اولنا، نیاز انرژی و پروتئین نیز  به ترتیب  از معادله kcal/kg 25-30 وg/kg  1-5/1 محاسبه شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل آماری داده ها با نرم افزار SPSS و آزمون تی(سطح معنی داری ≤05/0) صورت گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل توصیفی مربوط به متغیر کمی و کیفی نیز صورت گرفت. نتایج  46 فرد با محدوده سنی 18 – 89 سال و میانگین  ± انحراف معیار 5/20 ± 59 و متوسط روزهای بستری 9/27 ± 2/20 در این مطالعه شرکت کردند. انرژی و پروتئین مورد نیاز و دریافتی اختلاف معناداری داشت (05/0≥p). 50% بیمارانی که رژیم غذایی دهانی داشتند، وعده نهار سرو شده را کامل مصرف می کردند . نتیجه گیری  محلول گاواژ تهیه شده در بیمارستان برای تامین نیازهای انرژی بیماران ناکافی بوده اما پروتئین را بیش از مقدار نیاز برآورده می کند. 50% بیماران اورال کمتر از نیمی از غذای ارائه شده را مصرف می کردند.  }, keywords_fa = {سوء تغذیه,انرژی,پروتئین,مراقبت های ویژه}, url = {https://mjms.mums.ac.ir/article_4571.html}, eprint = {https://mjms.mums.ac.ir/article_4571_10159dc9c7c5d0a738cbc1ff2f9e5c3a.pdf} }
