In this study we tried to evaluate the prevalence of gastrointestinal reflux among opium addicts. Materials and Methods Using a historical cohort design, 62 cases with dyspepsia as the chief complaint entered the study: 30 cases with history of regular use of opium over the last year (exposed group) and 32 cases with no history of addiction at all (unexposed group). Upper GI tract endoscopy was accompanied by 3 biopsy specimens taken from body and antre of stomach was performed for all the cases. Results 2 cases in the exposed group and 3 cases in the unexposed group left the study with the diagnosis of malignancy. Mean age of the remaining cases in the exposed group was 48.1±13.2 and in the unexposed group, it was 37.8±13.9 years (p= 0.006). 16 cases (57.1%) in the exposed group and 5 cases (17.2%) in the unexposed group had endoscopic evidence of bile reflux into the stomach (p= 0.003). Pathologic evidence of bile gastritis including foveolar elongation was reported in 7 cases (25.0%) of the exposed group in comparison with 1 case (3.4%) of the unexposed group (p = 0.025). The frequency of "helicobacter pylori free gastritis" was 50% in the exposed group and 17.2% in the unexposed group (p = 0.012). Conclusion Duodenogastric reflux is not restricted to cases with a history of GI tract surgery and it seems that this problem is common among opium addicts}, keywords = {Bile gastritis,Drug abuse,Duodenogastric,Opium addiction}, title_fa = {برگشت دئودنوگاستریک به علت اعتیاد به مواد مخدر در بیماران اب سوء هاضمه}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه اعتیاد به مواد مخدر یک رفتـار پرخطـر شـایع در جوامـع مختلـف بـوده کـه بـا عـوارض مختلـف گوارشـی همـراه می باشد. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی شیوع برگشت ترشحات دوازدهه به داخـل معـده (رفلـوی دئودنوگاسـتریک ) است. روش کار این مطالعه مورد شاهدی در سال 1387-1386 در کلینیک گوارش بیمارستان علی بن ابیطالب ) ع( انجام شـده اسـت طی یک مطالعه کوهورت تاریخی، تعداد 30 نفر بیمار مبتلا به سوهاضمه و معتاد به تریاک ه ب عنـوان گـروه مواجهـه با مواد مخدر و 32 نفر بیمار مبتلا به سوهاضمه غیر معتاد بـ ه عنـوان گـروه غیـر مواجهـه بـا مـواد مخـدر وارد مطالعـه شدند. تمام بیماران تحت اندوسکوپی فوقانی و 3 نمونه برداری از ناحیه جسم و آنتر معده قرار گرفتند . اطلاعـات بـا استفاده از نرم افزار SPPS و آزمون آماری تی، مربع کای و دقیق فیشر انجام شد. نتایج از گروه مواجهه، 2 نفر و از گروه غیر مواجهه نیز، 3 نفر با تشخیص بدخیمی از مطالعه خارج شـدند . میـانگین سـنی در گروه مواجهه /48 (1/  13 )2 و در گروه غیر مواجهـه /37 ( 8/ 13 )9 سـال بـود ( p= /0 006 . ) از 28 بیمـار گـروه مواجهه 16 نفر /57 )1 %)و از 29 بیمار گروه غیر مواجهه 5 نفر /17 )2 %) شـواهد آندوسـکوپیک بازگشـت صـفرا بـه داخل معده را داشتند (p= /0 003 ). شواهد پاتولوژیـک گاسـتریت صـفراوی ( foveolar elongation ) در 7 نفـر /25 )0 ) % از اعضاء گروه مواجههو در گروه غیر مواجهه تنها در 1 نفر 4/3( %) گزارش گردیـد (p= /0 025 .) فراوانـی عدم مشاهده H.pylori و گاستریت همزمان ( گاستریت H.pylori منفی ) در گروه مواجهه 50% و در گروه غیـر (. p= /0 012) بود %17 2/ مواجهه نتیجه گیری بازگشت دئودنوگاستریک را نبای د فقط به افرادی کـه سـابقه عمـل جراحـی دسـتگاه گـوارش داشـته انـد، محـدود دانست بلکه این مشکل در بیماران معتاد مبتلا به سوهاضمه نیز شایع می باشد .}, keywords_fa = {اعتیاد,سوهاضمه,مواد مخدر,تریاک,گاستریت صفراوی,برگشت دئودنوگاستریک}, url = {https://mjms.mums.ac.ir/article_5303.html}, eprint = {https://mjms.mums.ac.ir/article_5303_ac9844a0a9012b518a83de2acfc9954d.pdf} }
