In this study we evaluated the prevalence of mineral bone density decrease in kidney recipients at least one year after the transplantation. Materials and Methods Kidney recipients from whom transplant surgery at least a year had passed and had a good kidney function were selected. Mineral bone densitometry using X- ray energy absorptiometry was performed. The serum levels of Ca, P, Alkaline Phosphatase and Paratormone were measured and the collected data were statistically analyzed. Results Overall 182 patients were studied. The total rate of mineral bone density decrease was 87.4%. Osteopenia in the femoral bone was 73.6% and osteoporosis was 13.8%. In the lumbar vertebrae an osteopenia of 66.5% and an osteoporosis of 20.9% were noticed. Variance of analysis showed that there were no statistically significant differences between duration of dialysis before kidney transplantation (P=0.777, P=0.420), duration of kidney transplantation (P=0.927, P=0.271), the mean of serum PTH (P=0.908, P=0.146) and calcium (P=0.348, P=0.265) in respect to densitometry of femoral bone and lumbar vertebrae. Conclusion The frequency of mineral bone density reduction one year after kidney transplant in patients with a good transplanted kidney function was high.}, keywords = {Mineral bone density,Transplanted kidney,X- Ray energy absorptiometry}, title_fa = {بررسی شیوع کاهش دانسیته معدنی استخوان در بیماران پیوند کلیه با بیش از یک سال پیوند و عوامل مؤثر بر آن}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه کاهش تراکم معدنی استخوان یکی از عوارض شایع بیماران پیوندکلیه می باشد که با تشخیص و درمان به موقع می توان عواقب حاصل از آن را به حداقل رساند . در این مطالعه شیوع کاهش تراکم معدنی استخوان در بیمارانی که حداقل یک سال از پیوند شان گذشته ، بررسی شده است . روش کار در این مطالعه مقطعی توصیفی، تمامی بیماران م راجعه کننده به بیمارستان امام رضا ع( ) در سالهای 1386-1383 بررسی شدند. بیماران پیوند کلیه که حداقل یک سال از پیوند آنها گذشته و عملکرد کلیه پیوندی خوب بود انتخاب شدند و برای آنها تراکم معدنی استخوان به روش جذب سنجی انرژی اشعه ایکس انجام شد . میزان کلسیم، فسفر،آلکالن فسفاتاز و پاراتورمون سرم نیز اندازه گیری شد و نتایج به دست آمده به وسیله نرم افزار SPSS و آزمون های آماری تی، مجذور کای، آنالیز واریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت . نتایج 182 بیمار وارد مطالعه شدند . فراوانی کلی کاهش تراکم معدنی استخوان /87 4 % بود .در استخوان ران استئوپنی در /73 6% و استئوپروز در /13 8 % و در مهره های کمری استئوپنی در /66 5 % و استئوپروز در /20 9 % از بیماران دیده شد . در مقایسه مدت زمان دیالیز قبل از پیوند ( p /0= 777 و p /0= 420)،طول مدت پیوند ( p /0= 927 و p /0= 271 ،) دانسیتومتری نتایج اساس بر بیماران در ( p /0= 265 و p /0= 348 ) وکلسیم ( p /0= 146 و p /0= 908 ) PTH میزان گردن استخوان ران و ستون فقرات کمری با توجه به آزمون آنالیز واریانس تفاوت معنی داری وجود نداشت . نتیجه گیری فراوانی کاهش تراکم معدنی استخوان در بیماران پیوند کلیه حتی پس از یک سال از پیوند کلیه و با کارکرد خوب کلیه پیوندی، بالاست}, keywords_fa = {پیوند کلیه,تراکم معدنی استخوان,جذب سنجی انرژی اشعه ایکس}, url = {https://mjms.mums.ac.ir/article_5313.html}, eprint = {https://mjms.mums.ac.ir/article_5313_c7fc8c4f9feca4d2fe6208f84fe42dcd.pdf} }
