This study was conducted to assess the relationship between shift work and the CVD risk factors. Methods: A cross-sectional study was carried out during 1393-94. The participants were divided into two groups: shift workers (work shift between 3 pm and 7 am) and day workers. The shift workers were selected from among the Healthcare workers of 4 teaching hospitals of Mashhad and the day workers also were selected among the office workers by simple sampling. Demographic data, smoking, regular exercise, medical and occupational history were collected through a check list and interviews. Physical examination was done by a physician. Blood cholesterol, triglyceride and glucose were measured in a blood sample after standard fasting time. Results: A total of 439 subjects including 218 women and 221 men with a mean age of 34.6 years old participated in this study. In terms of work schedule, 229 participants (52%) were day workers and 210 subjects (48%) were shift workers. The effect of covariates such as age, employment duration and regular exercise was controlled statistically. Of all factors studied, diastolic blood pressure ≥ 90 mmhg and blood triglyceride level ≥ 150 mg/dl were associated with shift working.(p≤ 0.001). Conclusion: shift work is associated with high levels of diastolic blood pressure and triglyceride. This association could be attributable to altered life style like diet or health behaviors or due to an independent effect.}, keywords = {Cardio Vascular Disease,Health care worker,Risk Factor,Shift work}, title_fa = {ارتباط نوبت کاری با عوامل خطر بیماری قلبی-عروقی در کارکنان بیمارستانهای آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه مطالعات مربوط به اثر نوبت کاری بر بیماریهای قلبی عروقی نتایج ضد ونقیضی داشته است.این مطالعه به منظور بررسی ارتباط میان نوبت کاری و عوامل خطر بیماری قلبی عروقی انجام شده است. روش کار مطالعه به روش توصیفی مقطعی در سال 1393-1394 در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهدانجام گردید . شرکت کنندگان شامل دو گروه نوبت کار (ساعت کاری 3 بعد از ظهر تا 7 صبح) و روزکار بودند .گروه نوبت کار از میان کارکنان چهار بیمارستان بزرگ آموزشی مشهد و گروه روز کار از میان کارکنان اداری به روش نمونه گیری ساده انتخاب شدند. مشخصات دموگرافیک، عادت به سیگار و ورزش منظم، سابقه کاری و پزشکی فرد به وسیله چک لیست و مصاحبه به دست آمد. معاینه توسط پزشک انجام شد و سطح قندخون ناشتا، کلسترول و تری گلیسیرید با رعایت ناشتایی کافی سنجیده شد.اطلاعات با نرم افزار spss مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج 439 نفر شامل 218 خانم و 221 آقا با میانگین سنی 6/34 سال در مطالعه شرکت کردند. 229 نفر (52%) روز کار و 210 نفر (48%) نوبت کار بودند. اثر سایر متغیرها مانند سن ، سابقه کاری و ورزش منظم بر متغیرهای پیامد به روش آماری حذف شد. از میان عوامل مورد بررسی، میان فشار خون دیاستولی mmHg ≤ 90 و سطح خونی تری گلیسیرید ≤ mg/dl150 و نوبت کاری همراهی مشاهده شد. )001/0 ( p < نتیجه گیری نوبت کاری با افزایش فشارخون دیاستولیک و سطح تری گلیسرید همراهی دارد. این همراهی ممکن است به دلیل تغییر الگوی زندگی مانند تغذیه و رفتارهای سلامتی و یا مربوط به اثر مستقل آن باشد.}, keywords_fa = {ایران,بیماری قلبی-عروقی,سلامت شغلی,عوامل خطر,نوبت کاری}, url = {https://mjms.mums.ac.ir/article_7336.html}, eprint = {https://mjms.mums.ac.ir/article_7336_d02244adc9cda093e2536a9d3b1485d7.pdf} }
