This study was done for Comparison of vitamin D level in diabetic patients and healthy subjects. Methods: In this case-control study, 90 patients with type 2 diabetes as a case group and 90 healthy subjects matched for age and sex , as a control group were studied. After recording demographic data, height, weight, BMI and blood pressure for all patients, serum levels of fasting blood glucose, creatinine, calcium, phosphorus, Alkaline phosphatase and 25 (OH) D were measured in both groups. Data were analyzed using Stata 12 software, χ 2, t-test and Mann-whitney. Linear Regression used to measure the effect of different variables on the levels of vitamin D. Results: The average age of subjects was 56.47±9.37 years, 72.8% of them were females. In diabetic patients, 82.2% have vitamin D deficiency as compared with 61.1% in healthy subjects. The means of 25 (OH) D level in patients with diabetes and the control group were 20.7±18 and 12.4±6.1 ng per ml, respectively and cosiderd as a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.001). Statistically significant association was not found between blood pressure, creatinine , calcium and vitamin D level (P>0.05). Based on multivariate linear regression, vitamin D level increased more by an average of 7.06 ng per ml in diabetic patients than in healthy people and more in overweight people than those with a normal BMI, the average vitamin D level reduced to 5.4 ng /ml. Conclusion:According to the results, mean levels of 25 (OH) D were significantly lower in diabetic patients than in healthy subjects, hence, check of vitamin D levels and supplementation with this vitamin is recommended in patients with diabetes.}, keywords = {healthy subjects,Type 2 diabetes,Vitamin D}, title_fa = {مقایسه سطح ویتامین D در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 و افراد سالم در سال 1393}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه در دهه‌های اخیر، امکان کمبود ویتامین D در دیابت نوع 2 و ارزش سطح سرمی 25- هیدروکسی ویتامین D به عنوان عامل پیشگویی ‌کننده عوارض دراز مدت دیابت مثل بیماری قلبی- عروقی در نظر گرفته شده است. این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه سطح ویتامین D در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 و افراد سالم انجام گرفت. روش کار در این مطالعه مورد- شاهدی، که در سال  در کلینیک دیابت استان کرمانشاه انجام شد، 90 بیمار مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 و 90 فرد سالم همسان شده از نظر سن و جنس به عنوان گروه شاهد بررسی شدند. پس از ثبت اطلاعات دموگرافیک، قد، وزن، BMI و اندازه گیری فشار خون برای همه افراد، سطح سرمی قند خون ناشتا، کراتینین، کلسیم، فسفر، آلکالن فسفاتاز و 25- هیدروکسی ویتامین D برای دو گروه اندازه‌گیری شد. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار Stata 12 و آزمون های کای دو، تی ومن ویتینی صورت گرفت. جهت سنجیدن اثر متغیرهای مختلف بر روی سطح ویتامین D نیز رگرسیون خطی استفاده شد. نتایج میانگین سنی افراد 37/9±47/56 سال بود. 8/72% از افراد زن و بقیه مرد بودند. در مبتلایان به دیابت 2/82% کمبود ویتامین D و در افراد سالم 1/61% دچار کمبود بودند. میانگین سطح 25- هیدروکسی ویتامین D در گروه بیماران دیابتی 1/6±4/12 و در گروه شاهد 18±7/20 نانوگرم بر میلی‏لیتر بود و اختلاف معناداری بین دو گروه دیده شد (001/0p<). بین فشارخون، کراتینین و کلسیم و سطح ویتامین D ارتباط معناداری یافت نشد (05/0p>). بر اساس رگرسیون خطی چندمتغیره، در افراد سالم نسبت به بیماران دیابتی، سطح ویتامین D بطور متوسط 06/7 نانوگرم بر میلی لیتر افزایش و در افراد دارای اضافه وزن نسبت به افراد با BMI نرمال نیز، سطح ویتامین D بطور متوسط 4/5 نانوگرم بر میلی لیتر کاهش می یابد. نتیجه گیری بر اساس نتایج، میانگین سطح ویتامین D در بیماران دیابتی به طور معنی داری پایین تر از افراد سالم بود، بنابراین بررسی سطح ویتامین D و مکمل درمانی با این ویتامین در بیماران دیابتی پیشنهاد می گردد.}, keywords_fa = {افراد سالم,دیابت نوع 2,ویتامین D}, url = {https://mjms.mums.ac.ir/article_7337.html}, eprint = {https://mjms.mums.ac.ir/article_7337_2062c838f87044d24d60741ee08954b9.pdf} }
