Investigating the Relationship between Accountability and Glaser's Fundamental Needs with Satisfactory Marriage: The Mediating Role of Resilience

Abstract
Introduction: The purpose of the present study was to investigate the relationship between accountability and the basic needs of Glaser with satisfactory marriage based on the mediating role of resilience.
Methods: In this study, 254 women from three regions of Zanjan were selected through available sampling. The five basic needs were measured by the standard Glaser Basic Needs Assessment, Liability Questionnaire and Gap Responsibility Questionnaire, using Conner and Davidson Resiliency Questionnaire. Then the collected data were analyzed using path analysis method and then the model was developed.
Results: Findings showed that the primary model had a good fitness. For example, the CFI and IFI in the present model were about 0.96, which indicates a good fitness (> 0.90). All indices indicated a good fitness of the model. Therefore, the study hypothesis is confirmed. In addition, the analysis showed that the direct path from resiliency to satisfactory marriage is significant (T= 21.084, β= 0.821).
Conclusion: Satisfying basic needs is a variable that can have the greatest impact on satisfaction because satisfaction is largely dependent on satisfying needs in relationships. Resilience, on the other hand, has an impact on life satisfaction, which is consistent with the proposed research model.
