چکیده
مقدمه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی الگوی درمانی بر پایه طرحواره درمانی و درمان متمرکز بر شفقت بر شفقت به خود در زنان متعارض با طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه مربوط به حوزه بریدگی و طرد انجام گرفت.
مواد و روشها: پژوهش حاضر نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون- پسآزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل زنان متعارض با طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه مربوط به حوزه بریدگی و طرد مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر اصفهان در فصل تابستان 1399 بود. در این پژوهش تعداد 30 زن با روش نمونهگیری غیرتصادفی هدفمند انتخاب و با گمارش تصادفی در گروههای آزمایش و گواه گمارده شدند (15 زن در گروه آزمایش و 15 زن در گروه گواه). گروه آزمایش مداخله الگوی درمانی بر پایه طرحواره درمانی و درمان متمرکز بر شفقت (10 جلسه) را طی دو و نیم ماه دریافت نمودند. پرسشنامههای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه تعارض زناشویی (براتی و ثنایی، 1375)؛ پرسشنامه طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه (یانگ ، 1998) و پرسشنامه شفقت به خود (نف، 2003) بود. دادههای حاصل از پژوهش به شیوه تحلیل کوواریانس توسط نرمافزار آماری SPSS23 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که الگوی درمانی بر پایه طرحواره درمانی و درمان متمرکز بر شفقت بر شفقت به خود زنان متعارض با طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه مربوط به حوزه بریدگی و طرد تاثیر دارد (0001/0>p). چنان که این درمان توانسته منجر به افزایش شفقت به خود زنان شود.

چکیده English
Introduction and purpose: The present study was conducted with the purpose of investigating the efficiency of therapeutic model based on therapeutic schema and compassion-focused therapy on the self-compassion in conflicting women with early maladaptive schemas related to disconnection and rejection domain.
Material and methods: The present study was quasi-experimental with pretest, posttest and control group design. The statistical population of the present study included conflicting women with early maladaptive schemata related to disconnection and rejection domain who attended consultation centers in the city of Isfahan in the summer of 2020. 30 women were selected through non-random purposive sampling method and they were randomly accommodated into experimental and control groups (15 women in the experimental group and 15 in the control group). The experimental group received therapeutic model intervention based on therapeutic schema and compassion-focused therapy (10 sessions) during two-and-half months. The applied questionnaires in the current study include marital conflict (Barati and Sanaei, 1996), early maladaptive schemas questionnaire (Yang, 1998), self-compassion questionnaire (neff, 2003). The data from the study were analyzed through ANCOVA method via SPSS23 statistical software.
Findings : The results showed that the therapeutic model based on therapeutic schema and compassion-focused therapy has effect on the self-compassion in conflicting women with early maladaptive schemas related to disconnection and rejection domain (p<0.0001) such that this therapy led to the increase of the women’s self-compassion.
