Introduction: The aim of this study was to examine the effects of neurofeedback on visual–auditory performance (response inhibition and sensorimotor skills) in children with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The present research was a quasi-experimental study using a one-group pretest–posttest design. The statistical population included all students aged 7 to 14 who were diagnosed with ADHD and referred to the Peyvand Counseling Center in Kerman during 2016–2017. The sample consisted of 30 students selected through convenience and voluntary sampling. First, the Integrated Visual and Auditory (IVA) test was administered to screen participants, and then the neurofeedback protocol was implemented in forty 45-minute sessions, three times a week. The results showed statistically and clinically significant improvements in IVA measures, including the mean response control scores (visual and auditory) and mean sensorimotor skill scores (visual and auditory). Based on the findings, neurofeedback training improved response control and sensorimotor skills in both visual and auditory aspects among children with ADHD in the posttest and follow-up stages.
