Identification of effective factors on good educational governance in educational system using three-branch theory

Abstract

Abstract
Introduction: The present study was designed and implemented with the aim of identifying and ranking the effective factors on good educational governance in the educational system using the three-branch theory.
Materials & Methods: The present study is a descriptive analytical study that was conducted field experiment. The statistical population of this study consisted of experts and educators of Iran's education system. Based on targeted selection, 20 people were identified as the sample of the study. The research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire with 44 questions that included 44 effective factors on good educational governance in the educational system. In order to identify these factors, semi-structured interviews were used. In the present study, in order to design the conceptual framework of the research, three-branch theory was used. Electricity method was used to rank the factors. All data analysis process was performed using the Sulur Electric Software.
Results: With regard to the results of the method of electricity, it has been determined that the promotion of the role of the private sector as a factor in generating growth with overarching 43, strengthening popular participation in order to influence policy making with overlay 41 and activating civil society (through information, consultation and participation) Over 37 important factors from the first to third were identified.
Conclusion: The results of this test showed that increasing the level of satisfaction of people using educational services, improving knowledge management and resources and managing the expectations of parents in educational system with zero overlay were the least important factors affecting good educational governance in educational system.
