Abstract
Introduction: The origin of the word acceptance in connection with technology originates from psychological studies, and our mental perceptions can be effective in using or not using it, so the purpose of this study was to Investigating the relationship between employees' mental perception of ease and usefulness of use by information technology acceptance in the staff of Kermanshah province Sports and Youth Administration.
Methods: The descriptive-correlational research method was cross-sectional. The research population in this study included employees of the Kermanshah province of Sports and Youth Administration in 2015. The sample size was determined using Cochran's formula of 120 people. The research instruments included a demographic questionnaire and a Davis technology acceptance model questionnaire. The Colmogrov-Smirnov test, Pearson correlation, and regression were used to test the normality of the data.
Results: The results showed that there is a significant relationship between employees' mental perception of ease and usefulness of use and information technology acceptance (p<0.001).
Conclusion: It seems that people's views on simple technology learning and the benefits of using it in the work process make it more acceptable.
