Explain the factors affecting women's job empowerment (Case study of municipal employees)

Abstract

The present study aims to explain the sociological factors affecting attitudes toward job empowerment in the direction of social health. The research method was a survey based on the technique of written interview (researcher-made questionnaire based on the Reniss Likert scale), referring to 150 women working in the four districts of District 22 of Tehran Municipality and estimating the sample size using Morgan table. Based on the results obtained a). Based on regression analysis: 1. By increasing the expectation and motivation of job empowerment, justice and equity of job empowerment, job empowerment goal setting, empowerment leadership style, strategic offer award of female employees working in four districts of Tehran Municipality, have a high attitude towards job empowerment They will be. B) According to the regression equation, from 46% of the share of factors affecting the attitude of female employees among the four districts of District 22 of Tehran Municipality, to job empowerment: 1. 25% is related to the share (increase) of expectations and motivation. 2. The amount of 14% is related to the share (increase) of justice and equality. 3. The amount of 1% is related to the share (increase) of targeting increase. 4. The amount of 1% is related to the share (increase) of increasing leadership style change. It seems that married female employees, over 40 years old, have a core family of positive expectations and motivation, positive targeting mechanisms, positive justice and equality systems, have a high attitude in their job empowerment in the relevant organization
