Evaluation of the effectiveness of muscle relaxation along with mental imagery on the level of anxiety in the physically disabled and Slightly mentally handicapped improved by Covid_19 in Fatah Al-Mubin_hamdam Girls' Rehabilitation Center in Mashhad
according to the studies , the patients with low psychological tolerance capacity may have low psychological endurance capacity and the current status of the disease in the world is exposed to psychological disorders such as anxiety and depression as well as other negative thoughts . the aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of muscle relaxation therapy along with mental imagery on anxiety in the disabled physically and physically disabled handicapped . the method of this research is pre - test and post - test with control group . the study population consisted of the disabled physical disabled in the night center of the girls ' school in mashhad . the population of this study consisted of 160 people who were selected by convenience sampling . ~~~ they were housed in the right position . the subjects were randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups . prior to the application of the experimental group 's subjects , beck anxiety inventory ( bai ) was used as a pre - test for pre - test and then for the eight - month period , one hour per hour was developed for the treatment of muscle relaxation . * after interventions of " " muscle relaxation and mental imagery " " for three months , the results showed that there was a significant difference between experimental and control groups in anxiety variables . also in the test group there was a significant difference in anxiety and after treatment .
