Designing and presenting a model for applying the delegated style of managers and its validation in Mashhad University of Medical Sciences

Abstract

Introduction: Communication is one of the most important management processes in business. The nature of a manager's job requires him to communicate with employees, colleagues and customers and use the appropriate communication style. Therefore, the present study has been compiled with the aim of designing and presenting a model for applying the delegated style of managers and its validation in Mashhad University of Medical Sciences..
Material and Methods: the method of research is mixed.. Also, the research strategy in the qualitative part is theme analysis and in the quantitative part is survey. The statistical sample in the qualitative stage is 12 experts and managers of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences who were selected through a purposeful process and snowball method to participate in the research. The statistical sample in the quantitative section was the administrators of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences with 97 people. The data collection method in this research is in the qualitative part of the interview (face to face, deep and semi-structured) and in the quantitative part is questionnaire. To analyze the data of this research, in the qualitative part of Max Kyoda software and in the quantitative part, SPSS 22 software and PLS software have been used.
Conclusion: According to the results of the research, managers in Mashhad University of Medical Sciences can use the delegation style and delegate authority to employees to empower, grow and promote their employees, which will ultimately pave the way for proper succession in the organization.
