Effectiveness of Alice's rational-emotional therapy on the quality of life and resilience of women on the verge of divorce in Zahedan

Abstract
Introduction: Research has shown that divorce affects many psychological variables, including quality of life, and factors that moderate its effects can be useful; Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate the effectiveness of Alice's rational-emotional therapy on the resilience and quality of life of women on the verge of divorce in Zahedan.
Methods: The statistical population of the research is all women referring to Zahedan city court for divorce petition. The statistical sample of the research was 30 people who were selected as available and randomly divided into two groups of 15 people, test and control. The research tools were Connor and Davidson's (2003) resilience questionnaires and the World Health Organization's quality of life. From Kolmogorov-Smironov, Mbox, Levin tests, multivariate covariance analysis was performed using SPSS version 25 software.
Results:  The results showed that Alice's rational-emotional therapy is effective on the resilience and quality of life of women in the divorce center of Zahedan city, and Ellis's rational-emotional therapy had the greatest impact on resilience and then on the quality of life variable (P≥0.001).
Conclusion: . It seems that Alice's rational-emotional treatment has an effect on all components of resilience and quality of life of women on the verge of divorce in Zahedan city.
