Abstract
The main goal of this research is to design and validate the quality model for virtual university education with a knowledge management approach. According to the purpose and nature of the research, this research has used the combined or mixed research method through the integration of qualitative and quantitative methods. For this purpose, qualitative data will be collected first, and then quantitative data will be collected, then quantitative approaches will be used to confirm the qualitative results. The statistical population in this part of the research is all the professors and faculty members of the electronics department, 15 of whom will be selected for interviews in a targeted manner, who have executive records at decision-making levels and are known as knowledgeable experts. This group was selected to conduct the qualitative part of the research and participate in the interview process. Solving the problem in the current research was done with interpretative structural modeling method. After determining the relationships and level of dimensions, they can be drawn in a model form. For this purpose, the dimensions have been adjusted according to their levels, from top to bottom, in the current research, the quality dimensions are placed in 10 levels, and finally, the design of an interpretive-structural model to categorize the dimensions of the quality model is a part of university education. virtual with knowledge management approach.
