Investigating the effective factors on the effectiveness of services to create social health

Abstract

The present paper prioritizes the factors for measuring the effectiveness of services to create social health by fuzzy hierarchical analysis. In this way, by reviewing the research literature and studies and interviews with experts, the criteria and sub-criteria used in evaluating the effectiveness of services were identified and then an expert questionnaire based on pairwise comparisons was used to collect research data. And were analyzed. The results show that among the main criteria, the factor of customers related to the weight of 0.301 has a higher priority than other indicators. Also, based on the special vector obtained among the main sub-criteria, specifically the index of customer needs assessment system with Weight 0.073 is in the first place. According to the data in this table, the most direct effect of organizational factors has on the social health of customers, which is 0.268, followed by the variable of managerial factors, which is about 0.245 on social health and then the factor related to customers with 0.185% on social health. Affects customers. The variable that has the least effect on social health is communication and information technology, which is 0.143.
