Abstract

Introduction: This research has been formed with the aim of building a love-oriented society. The methodological approach of the current research is a qualitative approach based on the down to earth sociology and grounded theory. In this research, in-depth interviews were conducted with twenty researchers and people who see love not only as a psychological subject in a private relationship between one person with another person, but also as a social issue. These interviews were conducted in a round-trip method and the desired data was collected in a long term. The findings of the research show that a love-centered society can be achieved in eight basic axes, which include civil dialogue, trust building as a process of strengthening citizens against risks and dangers, attention to love as a social and cultural capital, care and re-flourishing, collective sociological imagination, love-oriented will, unifying bonds and overcoming sectarianism. All of these categories show that intellectual and value infrastructure of the society must be changed to achieve a love-oriented society. In this article, most of those interviewees believe that the conditions of conversation-centered dialogue should be created and the monologue-centered dialogue should be eliminated to reach a love-oriented society. In fact, not only the issue of discrimination, lack of inclusive and preventing the collapse of humanity and preserving human individuality should be considered but also some strategies must be created for them. Because the dialectical combination of these three aspects is considered to be the main cause of Iran's underdevelopment. The core category of the findings of this research indicates that "conversation in the way of entering a win-win game", if it is formed in the society, their results would be activism and overcoming narcissism and alienation and expansion of cooperation. In addition, the game between activists can be a win-lose game in a love-oriented society, which means activists sacrifice for benefits of others.
