Prioritizing the effective factors of the national brand on the organizational health of the country's sports

Abstract

Introduction: The purpose of this research is to prioritize the effective factors of the national brand on the organizational health of sports in the country.
Methods: In terms of the nature of the research, the present research is exploratory-applied; The method and method of research, qualitative-quantitative; The ruling paradigm of research is interpretive; And the qualitative data analysis method was Glazer's unstructured data theory foundation method and structural equation modeling quantitative data. The statistical population in the qualitative section includes managers and experts, and in the quantitative section, it includes the middle and staff managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth and the National Olympic Committee, presidents, secretaries, and vice presidents of sports federations. The statistical sample was 12 people in the qualitative part and between 5 and 10 people were needed for each item in the quantitative part. For content validity according to experts and construct validity (exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis), to determine the reliability of the model from two composite reliability indices and Cronbach's alpha and from divergent and convergent validity indices (Ave) and structural equation modeling from S. PS version 23 and PLS version 2 were used.
Results: The research results of the final model were identified in 6 main factors, in the order of depoliticization in sports, religious and religious values, international interactions, sports culture, providing a platform for excellence in sports technology and government support
Conclusion: The use of sports elites with different political tendencies, the absence of racial or ethnic hatred, the use of a rich civilization, strengthening the world's sports public opinion, strengthening sports diplomacy with the world, strengthening sports tourism in Iran, developing international sports interactions, revising cumbersome laws for The development of sports, estimation of sports needs and interests, support of the national sports brand and changes in the sports education system of the country are suggested in the direction of elitism.
