Abstract

Introduction: The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between remote work and job satisfaction with the mediating role of technostress and job motivation during the Corona epidemic period (case study: Rasht Welfare Organization) in 1401. This is a descriptive research of the correlation and structural equations type and the statistical population of this research was all the employees of the welfare organization of Gilan province in May 1401-1402. And among these, 200 people were selected through convenience sampling method and answered the questionnaires of Ahmadi's organizational remote work (2013), Paul Spector's job satisfaction (1985), Raghunathan et al.'s techno-stress (2008), and Hockman and Oldham's job motivation questionnaire (1976). The results were analyzed by Pearson's correlation coefficient test and structural equation modeling method, and the results of data analysis showed that the distance work distance coefficient has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (p<0.001, β=0.537). According to the results, it is suggested that the senior managers of the organization practice pragmatic and transformational behaviors. show and be introduced as a role model in this field to provide a basis for transformative behaviors at the lower levels of the organization.
