Abstract
Infertility is a complex life crisis that can have countless psychological consequences. The aim of this study was to predict psychological well-being based on loneliness and perceived social support with the role of resilience mediators in infertile women.
Methods: This study was a practical study in terms of the method of collecting correlation. The statistical population included all infertile women who referred to Qom University Jihad Infertility Center in 1397, using simple random sampling method, 351 people were selected. Participants completed the Reef Psychological Welfare Standard Questionnaire, Feeling Lonely and Perceived Social Support. SPSS and PLS software have been used to analyze structural equations to analyze research data.
Results: Data analysis showed that there is a significant inverse relationship between loneliness and psychological well-being (R = -0.519), there is a positive and significant relationship between perceived social support and psychological well-being (R = 0.483), resilience. The relationship between loneliness and perceived social support mediates psychological well-being.
Conclusion: According to the obtained results, reducing the feeling of loneliness and increasing the perceived social support of infertile women on the one hand and increasing their resilience on the other hand can increase their psychological well-being.
