Abstract

In these days when coronary heart disease like a black cloud has clouded the sky and the atmosphere of society and the world and has sacrificed thousands of people around the world, jurisprudential approaches and studies in addition to observing health standards and issues should be considered. . Some think groups consider this disease as a divine test and involve justice and dignity and do not pay much attention to health standards, while others believe that human beings are responsible in matters and behaviors that they are able to do and that health standards should be followed. In this article, with regard to the jurisprudential consequences of this disease and addressing the jurisprudential rules in order to correctly explain the issue (Islamic jurisprudential view on infectious diseases), the responsibility of individuals, the rule of no harm, etc. are examined. . This research has been done by analytical-descriptive method and citing library resources. The results of the study showed that all members of society around the world are responsible in the face of coronary heart disease, which endangers the general dimensions of health, economy and security, etc. The harmless rule was one of the most compelling reasons for this responsibility. .
