The study population consisted of all female athletes in the field of yoga in Babol in 2020.The sample of this study was 30 female athletes who were selected by purposive sampling method and randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups (15 people in each group) and the experimental group received Book therapy in 8 sessions of 60 minutes according to Lady،s Book therapy Protocol (1993). The control group did not receive any treatment method during the training period. Research tool, Corona،s Anxiety Questionnaire, Alipour et al. (2020) and was the Corona stress scale (css_18). For data analysis, multivariate analysis of covariance was used with SPSS26 software.
Results: The results showed that in the post-test phase, there was a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of stress and anxiety Coronavirus in the two groups. (p<50\0)
Conclusion: This treatment can be one of the most effective options in reducing the symptoms of anxiety and stress caused by Coronavirus, along with other drug interventions. The findings confirm the acceptability of the theoretical issues presented in this field
