Matching the relationship between occupational creativity and role stress with job performance with the mediation of job burnout

Abstract

Introduction: The current research was conducted with the aim of a comparative study of the relationship between occupational creativity and role stress with job performance based on the mediation of job burnout in 1402. The research method was based on the practical purpose and in terms of data collection, it was qualitative-quantitative, and it was a mixed mode.
Methods: The statistical population of the research in the qualitative part included 20 managers and senior vice-presidents of Sarcheshme copper companies and Zarand steel company in Kerman province, as well as the community of university experts, which continued through a purposeful process until theoretical saturation was reached. The statistical population of the quantitative part was also the employees of Sarcheshme Copper Company and Zarand Steel Company of Kerman province. In order to arrive at the research model, specific data from the literature review and semi-structured hub interviews were coded and analyzed.
Results:  The results indicated a good fit of the final model. Also, all the relationships proposed in the conceptual model of the research have been confirmed and in the comparative study and comparison of the relationships proposed between the two comprehensives of the employees of Zarand Steel and Mes Sarchesmeh, in the effects of occupational creativity on job burnout and job performance, as well as the effect of job burnout on job performance , the difference was significant, and for other relationships of the model, the beta value of Zarand Steel employees and the beta value of Sarcheshme Copper employees did not have a significant difference.
