Model of structure development and human resources in Fars University of Medical Sciences based on the needs of health transformation plan programs and its comparison and benefits with previous programs

Abstract

Introduction:The field of human resource management and organizational structure is in the framework of performance appraisal issues in the face of health transformation plan. Therefore, the purpose of research is to design Model of structure development and human resources in Fars University of Medical Sciences based on the needs of health transformation plan programs and its comparison and benefits with previous programs.
Methods: The present research is a survey based on descriptive-correlation methods and has been done in the form of structural equation modeling. The statistical population is all employees of Fars University of Medical Sciences. The statistical sample consisted of 328 people (179 males and 149 females). The method of random sampling was simple. The research tool was a standard researcher-made questionnaire. The face validity of the questions was confirmed by experts and the construct validity was confirmed using confirmatory factor analysis. The reliability of the questions was also calculated and confirmed by Cronbach's alpha method.
Results: The results showed that the relationship between design and development of human resource management model and organizational structure with the Health Transformation Plan program in Fars University of Medical Sciences was confirmed. Other results indicate the rank of the dimensions and indicators as well as the appropriate fit and degree of approximation of the model in the study population.
Conclusion: According to the obtained results, it seems that the proposed model can be a suitable solution for health development plan and organizational structure with respect to human resource management.
