The relationship of quantum management on the control of hooliganism of Iranian football fans with an emphasis on quantum thinking and feeling

Abstract

Introduction: One of the important issues that has been the focus of researchers in the last decade is investigating and determining the causes, incidents and abnormal behaviors in football. The current research was conducted with the aim of investigating and determining the causal model of the relationship of quantum management on the control of hooliganism of Iranian football fans, with emphasis on quantum thinking and feeling.
Methods: The sample group was made up of 400 fans (leaders) of 16 teams of the Premier Football League of Iran, who were selected as a whole due to the limited statistical population. The research tools were interviews and questionnaires made by Hooliganizm researchers and Hadavi and Malekzadeh's quantum management skills questionnaire (2018). Data analysis was done using SPSS and AMOS software for descriptive and inferential statistics.
Results: The results showed that quantum management had a direct effect on hooliganism control by 0.66. Also, among the components of quantum management, the quantum view on the popular team component is 0.783, the quantum thinking is on the referee component at the rate of 0.784, the quantum feeling is on the referee component at the rate of 0.836, the quantum knowledge is on the referee component at the rate of 0.816 0, quantum action on judgment component by 0.827, quantum trust on judgment component by 0.80, quantum living on judgment component by 0.826 was directly effective.
