بررسی مداخله نوروفیدبک بر میزان توجه و تمرکز، مشکلات رفتاری و سازگاری هیجانی- اجتماعی کودکان دارای اختلال نارسایی توجه/ فزون جنبشی 6 تا 12 ساله

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی تاثیر مداخله نوروفیدبک بر میزان توجه و تمرکز، مشکلات رفتاری و سازگاری هیجانی- اجتماعی کودکان دارای اختلال نارسایی توجه/ فزون جنبشی بود.
روش کار: طرح پژوهش شبه آزمایشی،در قالب پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه دراین پژوهش را، تمامی کودکان 6تا12ساله مبتلا به نارسایی توجه/فزون جنبشی و والدین آنها تشکیل دادند که در منطقه 2 شهر تهران  که جهت درمان و راهنمایی های لازم  در سال 2016- 2017 به مراکز مشاوره و خدمات روانشناختی مراجعه نمودند که نمونه ای به تعداد 40 نفر به صورت نمونه گیری هدفمند و داوطلبانه  به شیوه گمارش تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایشی و گواه تخصیص داده شدند. تشخیص اختلال نارسایی توجه / فزون جنبشی با استفاده از فهرست بازبینی مصاحبه بالینی بر اساس راهنمای تشخیصی و آماری اختلال‌های روانی، ویرایش پنجم،2013و مصاحبه تشخیصی توسط روان‌پزشک انجام شد و همچنین از آزمون عملکرد پیوسته رزولد و همکاران (1956)، سازگاری دانش آموزان سینها و سینگ (1993) و سیاهه رفتارکودک آخنباخ در مرحله پیش آزمون و پس آزمون استفاده شد.  آموزش نوروفیدبک به تعداد 20 نفر در طول 20جلسه و هر هفته سه جلسه در گروه آزمایشی انجام شد. برای این افراد در این پژوهش از محاسبات آمار توصیفی و استنباطی تحلیل کوواریانس با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS استفاده شد.
نتایج: یافته های بدست آمده نشان داد اثربخشی مداخله نوروفیدبک بر کاهش مشکلات کودکان ADHD در سه زمینه موثر بوده است (001/0>P).
نتیجه گیری: بر اساس یافته ­های این پژوهش نوروفیدبک یک روش درمانی مناسب در درمان مشکلات توجه و کاهش علائم نارسایی توجه/فزون جنبشی  در کودکان 6تا 12سالADHD است.

Introduction: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of Intervention Neurofeedback on the Attention and Concentration, Behavioral Problems and Social-Emotional Adjustment of children with ADHD In 6-12 years age periods
Subjects and Methods: The research design was quasi-experimental with pre-test , post-test and control group. The statistical population of the study consisted of all 6-12 year-old children with ADHD and their parents who referred to counseling and psychological services in district 2 of Tehran for treatment and guidance in 2016-2017. A sample of 40 individuals was selected by purposeful and voluntary random sampling methods in two experimental and control groups. Diagnosis of attention deficit / hyperactivity disorder was performed using the Clinical Interview Review Checklist based on the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition, 2013, and Diagnostic Interview by a Psychiatrist, also Roswell et al. and Singh (1993) and Achenbach's Child Behavior Checklist were used in the pre-test and post-test stages. Neurofeedback training was performed for 20 subjects during 20 sessions and three sessions per week in experimental group. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used for analysis of covariance in SPSS software.
Results: The Results Showed Effectiveness Intervention Neurofeedback on the dependent variable of attention and concentration, Behavioral Problems and Social-Emotional Adjustment of children with ADHD In 6-12 years age periods experimental group was more than control group.
Conclusion: It can be concluded that Neurofeedback of ADHD children, had a significant effect on improving the performance of experimental subjects
