رابطه آشفتگی ذهنی و کیفیت خواب با حافظه کاری دانشجویان پزشکی

چکیده
مقدمه: شناسایی عوامل تأثیرگذار بر حافظه کاری افراد، یکی از موضوعات مورد علاقه حوزه روانشناسی شناختی است. هدف پژوهش حاضر  بررسی رابطه آشفتگی ذهنی و کیفیت خواب با حافظه کاری در دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران بود.
روش کار: روش این پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی است و جامعه پژوهش، در این مطالعه، 120 نفر از دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس جهت شرکت در پژوهش انتخاب شدند.
برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه آشفتگی ذهنی، شاخص کیفیت خواب پیترزبورگ و نسخه نرم افزاری آزمون بلوک‎های کرسی استفاده شد. اطلاعات جمع آوری شده با استفاده از نرم افزار Spss نسخه 21و آزمون‎های آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چند متغیری به شیوه گام به گام مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. همچنین برای بررسی روایی ابزارها، تحلیل عامل تاییدی با استفاده از نرم افزار AMOS انجام شد.
نتایج: تحلیل داده‎ها نشان داد که آشفتگی ذهنی و کیفیت خواب با حافظه کاری همبسته‎اند. نتایج رگرسیون چند متغیری نشان داد که 30%  از واریانس حافظه کاری دانشجویان توسط آشفتگی ذهنی و کیفیت خواب تبیین می‎شود.
نتیجه گیری: تمرکز بر کاهش آشفتگی ذهنی و افزایش کیفیت خواب می‎تواند حافظه کاری را در دانشجویان بهبود ببخشد.

Absract
Introduction: Identifying factors associated with working memory of the individual, is one of the topics of interest to cognitive psychology.
Materials and Methods: The aim of this study was to investigate mind wandering and sleep quality in predicting working memory. The method of this study was descriptive-correlational. 120 medical students of Tehran University of Medical Sciences were selected using convenience sampling method. To collect data, Mind-Wandering Questionnaire (MWQ), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), and The PEBL corsi blocks test were used. The collected data was analyzed using software Spss21 and statistical tests such as Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise multivariate regression and for survey validity of scales with AMOS, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was used.
Results: The results showed that there is relationship between mind wandering and sleep quality with working memory. The results of multivariate regression showed that 30 percent of the variance in working memory of the medical students is explained by mind wandering and sleep quality.
Conclusion: The results of this study showed that reducing mind wandering and enhancing sleep quality can improve working memory of medical students.
