تغییرات آمینوترانسفرازهای کبدی و شاخص مقاومت به انسولین بدنبال 10 هفته تمرین تناوبی شدید و مصرف چای سبز در زنان جوان دارای اضافه وزن

چکیده
هدف: هدف مطالعه حاضر، بررسی تاثیر 10 هفته تمرین تناوبی شدید و مصرف چای سبز بر آنزیم های کبدی و شاخص مقاومت به انسولین در زنان دارای اضافه وزن بود.
روش ها: دراین مطالعه30 زن دارای اضافه وزن به صورت هدفمند انتخاب و به طور تصادفی به سه گروه مساوی تقسیم شدند. گروه تمرین به مدت 10هفته به اجرای تمرینات تناوبی شدید و گروه مکمل، به مصرف روزانه 1۵۰۰ میلی گرمی چای سبز پرداختند. گروه ترکیب تمرین و مکمل نیز هر دو مداخله را اجرا کردند. خونگیری از آزمودنی ها قبل و بعد از مداخله در حالت ناشتایی انجام شد. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS (ویرایش 19) و آزمون های آنالیز واریانس دوراهه و آزمون تعقیبی توکی در سطح معنی داری 05/0 تحلیل شد.
نتایج:پس از 10 هفته تمرین و مکمل، سطوحALT، AST،گلوکز، وزن و درصد چربی در هر سه گروهنسبت به پیش آزمونکاهش معنادار یافت(05/0≤ P)؛ همچنین سطح انسولین (0/01= P) و مقاومت به انسولین (0/01= P) در دو گروه تمرین-چای سبز و تمرین-دارونماکاهش نشان داد.میانگین تغییرات در شاخص های ALT، AST، گلوکز، انسولین، مقاومت به انسولین، وزن و درصد چربی در گروه تمرین- چای سبز به طور معناداری بالاتر از دو گروه دیگر بود (0/05≤ P).
نتیجه گیری: 10 هفته تمرین تناوبی شدید، مصرف چای سبز و ترکیب این دو با یکدیگر از طریق کاهش آنزیم های کبدی و شاخص مقاومت به انسولین می تواند احتمالاً درکاهش التهاب کبدی موثر باشد.

Abstract
Purpose:The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of 10 weeks ofhigh intensity intervaltraining and green tea consumption on liver enzymes and insulin resistance index in overweight women.
Methods: In this randomized placebo-controlled clinical trial, 30 overweight women (age range, 20-30 years), were chosen purposefully and randomly divided into three equal groups. The training groups performed intensive 90% heart rate training for 10 weeks. The supplement group consumed 1500 mg of green tea every day. The combined exercise and complementary group also performed both interventions.Blood samples were taken from subjects before and after intervention in fasting state. Data were analyzed using SPSS software (version 19), two-way ANOVA and Tukey post hoc test at a significant level of p≤0.05.
Results: After 10 weeks of exercise and consumption of green tea, ALT, AST, glucose, weight and fat percentage decreased significantly in all three groups (P≤0.05), while insulin levels (P = 0.01) and resistance Insulin (P = 0.01) decreased in both groups of green tea- HIIT and placebo-HIIT.The mean changes in ALT, AST, glucose, insulin, insulin resistance, weight and fat percentage were significantly higher in the green tea group than in the other two groups (P≤0.05).
Conclusion: 10 weeks of high intensity intervaltraining, taking green tea and combining these two together with reducing liver enzymes and insulin resistance markers can potentially reduce the risk of inflammation of the liver.
