اثربخشی درمان گروهی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر بهبود کیفیت خواب سالمندان دارای درد مزمن

چکیده

مقدمه
مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد(ACT) بر بهبود کیفیت خواب سالمندان دارای درد مزمن انجام شد. 
روش کار
این پژوهش از نوع پژوهش های نیمه آزمایشی(طرح پیش­آزمون- پس­آزمون با گروه کنترل نابرابر بود). جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل همه سالمندان 65 سال و بالاتر مقیم خانه سالمندان در مشهد در سال 1396 بود که تعداد 24 نفر به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. در این پژوهش جهت اندازه گیری درد مزمن از مقیاس درد مزمن مک گیل(1975) و برای اندازه گیری کیفیت خواب از پرسشنامه کیفیت خواب پیتزبورگ(1993) استفاده گردید.مداخله درمانی طی 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه­ای بر روی گروه آزمایش اجرا گردید. پس از پایان دوره گروه درمانی، از هر دو گروه پس آزمون گرفته شد و برای تحلیل داده­ها از روش تحلیل کواریانس تک متغییره استفاده شد.
نتایج
نتایج نشان داد که درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد به طور معنا­داری بر بهبود کیفیت­خواب سالمندان دارای درد­مزمن مؤثراست (0،05p <).
نتیجه گیری
نتایج پژوهش بیانگر است که درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر بهبود کیفیت خواب  سالمندان مبتلا به درد مزمن مؤثر است.

Abstract
Introduction: This study examined the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) on the Improvement of sleep quality in elderly people With Chronic Pain was conducted.
Materials and Methods: This study was a semi-experimental (Pretest- post test plan the unequal control group) and to the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) based on the Improvement of sleep quality in elderly people With Chronic Pain. the study population included all elderly people 65  years old and older with chronic pain  at neshat old people's home in the city of Mashhad in 2018, that 24 of them voluntarily selected by convenience sampling and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups (12 people). in this study, used McGill's Chronic Pain scale (1975) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Questionnaire (1993). after the formation of groups, was conducted. (ACT) in 8 sessions of 90 minute. upon completion of the training program, from both groups were post test. Data for the analysis of covariance was used.
Results: Data analysis showed that "act" improving sleep quality among elderly people With Chronic Pain (p < 0/05).
Conclusion: The results indicate that acceptance and commitment therapy is effective on sleep quality in elderly people With Chronic Pain.
