اثر بخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر کاهش افسردگی و باورهای غیرمنطقی در زنان مبتلا به فرزند اتیسم

چکیده

مقدمه
 اختلال طیف اوتیسم تاثیر شدیدی بر زندگی خانوادگی می­گذارد. مادران کودکان مبتلا به اوتیسم با چالش­های فراوانی روبرو هستند .مطالعه حاضر با هدف اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر کاهش افسردگی و باورهای غیرمنطقی در زنان مبتلا به فرزند اتیسم شهر گچساران انجام شد.
روش کار
جامعه پژوهش شامل کلیه مادران دارای کودک مبتلا به اختلال طیف اوتیسم مراجعه کننده به مراکز آموزشگاهی استثنائی زیر نظر سازمان بهزیستی مرکز شهرگچساران بود و برای تعیین حجم نمونه با استفاده از شیوه نمونه­گیری در دسترس30 نفر آزمودنی انتخاب شده و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه 15 نفره کنترل و آزمایش جایگزین شدند.
نتایج
 نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر کاهش  افسردگی و باورهای غیرمنطقی  در زنان مبتلابه فرزند اتیسم شهر گچساران موثر بود (05/0>p). به طوریکه که بین آزمودنی­های گروه آزمایش و گروه کنترل، دست کم از لحاظ یکی از متغیرهای وابسته تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد (01/0p<).
نتیجه گیری
 نتایج این آزمون گویای این بود که بین نمرات دو گروه در پس آزمون تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد.

چکیده [English]

Abstract
Introduction: Autism spectrum disorder has a profound effect on family life. Mothers of children with autism face many challenges. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment therapy on depression and irrational beliefs in women with autistic children in Gachsaran.
Methods: The study population consisted of all mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder who were referred to special educational centers under the supervision of the  Behzisty Organization  Center of Gachsaran city. Control and experimental groups were replaced in two groups of 15 each.    
Results: Findings showed that acceptance and commitment therapy was effective in reducing depression and irrational beliefs in women with autism in Gachsaran city (P <0.05). There was a significant difference between the experimental and control groups in at least one of the dependent variables  (P<0.01).
Conclusion: The results of this test indicated that there was a significant difference between the two groups in the post-test.
