رابطه اعتیاد به اینترنت با سلامت روان و سلامت معنوی دانش آموزان متوسطه

چکیده

 
 روش پژوهش همبستگی است که 351 نفر به طور تصادفی و به روش نمونه گیری خوشه‎ای چند مرحله‎ای انجام گرفت.ابزار جمع آوری داده‎ها شامل سه پرسشنامه‎ی اعتیاد به اینترنت کیمبرلی یانگ، پرسشنامه سلامت معنوی ﭘﻮﻟﻮﺗﺰﻳﻦ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻴﺴﻮﻥ و پرسشنامه سلامت عمومیGHQ بود.
نتایج
 نتایج نشان داد که بین اعتیاد به اینترنت با سلامت روان (شامل خرده مقیاس های علایم جسمانی، افسردگی، کارکرد اجتماعی، علایم اضطرابی و اختلال خوابی) و سلامت معنوی (شامل خرده مقیاس های سلامت مذهبی و سلامت وجودی) دانش آموزان دبیرستانی دوره دوم شهرستان فسا رابطه معناداری وجود دارد.
نتیجه گیری
 طبق یافته‎های مطالعه حاضر می‎توان نتیجه گرفت که درمجموع .اعتیاد به اینترنت و استفاده بیش از حد برای همه خصوصا دانش آموزان و نوجوانان که در حال رشد هستند مضر است چراکه باعث ایجاد بیماری‎های مرتبط با چشم و حتی باعث ایجاد کمردرد و ناراحتی‎های ستون فقرات و چاقی وبه طور کلی بیماری‎های جسمانی می‎گردد.
بنابراین آگاهی بخشی مدون و منظم و برگزاری کارگاه‎های تخصصی ویژه دانش آموزان، والدین و اولیای مدارس جهت جلوگیری از آسیب‎های روحی و روانی اعتیاد اینترنتی توصیه می‎گردد.

Abstract
introduction: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Internet addiction and mental health and spiritual well-being of secondary school students in Fasa.
 Methods: The research method is correlation. 351 individuals were randomly selected using multistage cluster sampling. Data collection tools included three Kimberly Yang Internet addiction questionnaires (1988), Pulootzin and Ellison Spiritual Health    Questionnaire (1982) and General Health Questionnaire (GHQ) 1972).
 Results: showed that between mental health internet addiction   (including subscales of physical symptoms, depression, social        function, anxiety and sleep disturbances) and spiritual wellbeing       (including subscales of religious health and existential health) of high school students in the second district of the city Fasa has a         significant relationship.
Conclusion: According to the findings of this study, it can be    concluded that in the aggregate, the increase in the rate of Internet use and excessive use for everyone, especially the growing students and adolescents, is harmful because it causes eye diseases and even causes back pain And discomfort of the spine and obesity and in general physical illnesses.
