اثر تعامل همه جانبه بر رفتارهای قالبی کودکان دارای اختلال طیف اوتیسم

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی اثر­بخشی مداخله تعامل همه جانبه بر رفتارهای قالبی کودکان دارای اختلال طیف اوتیسم است.
روش کار: این پژوهش نیمه­آزمایشی با گروه آزمایش و کنترل و مرحله پیش­آزمون و پس­آزمون می باشد. جامعه این پژوهش شامل کودکان دارای اختلال طیف اوتیسم است که به وسیله نمونه گیری دردسترس از میان مراکز اوتیسم شهر اهواز مرکز نهال انتخاب و تعداد 11 کودک در گروه آزمایش و 11 نفر نیز در گروه کنترل گماشته شدند. از مقیاس درجه­بندی اوتیسم گیلیام (گارس) جهت اندازه­گیری متغیرهای پژوهش استفاده­شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج از روش­های آماری توصیفی  شامل میانگین و انحراف معیار و به منظور بررسی اثر بخشی مداخله از آزمون تحلیل کواریانس چند متغیری استفاده شد.
نتایج: میانگین و انحراف معیار رفتارهای قالبی برای گروه آزمایش و کنترل در مرحله پیش آزمون به ترتیب (88/6+-81/28) و (17/9+-36/24) و این مقادیر در مرحله پس آزمون برای گروه آزمایش و کنترل به ترتیب (14/5+-9/17) و (13/10+-72/23) می باشد و در مرحله پیگیری این میزان برای گروه آزمایش و کنترل به ترتیب  برابر با  (23/5+-63/19) و (35/9+-81/23)  . نتایج تجزیه تحلیل کواریانس یک راهه نشان داد روش تعامل همه جانبه بر رفتارهای قالبی معنی­دار بود (001/0>P). 
نتیجه ­گیری: با توجه به یافته ها روش تعامل همه جانبه بر رفتارهای قالبی موثر است. روش تعامل همه جانبه می تواند از طریق اثر گذاری بر مشوق های بافتی و محیطی باعث کاهش رفتارهای قالبی کودکان طیف اوتیسم شود.

Abstract
Introduction: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of intensive interaction intervention on social stereotyped behaviors of children with autism spectrum disorder.
Materials & Methods: The method of this study was quasi-experiment with an experimental and control group and pretest, post-test. The population of this study included children with autism spectrum disorder that was selected by available sampling among the centers of autism in Ahvaz, Iran, and 11 children were randomly assigned to both experimental and control groups. The Gilliam Autism Scale (Gars) was used to measure the variables of the research. To analyze the results, descriptive statistics including mean and standard deviations of scores were used and the covariance analysis was used to control the interventional variables in the pretest.
Results: The mean and standard deviation of the stereotyped behaviors for the experimental and control group in the pre-test stage were (28.88 ± 6.88) and (24.66 ± 9.17), respectively, and these values were in the post-test phase for The experimental and control groups were (17.9 ± 14.5) and (23.72 ± 13.13), respectively, and in the follow-up phase, the experimental and control groups were (+/- 23.5) 63/19) and (35/9 + -81 / 23).The results of one way covariance analysis indicated that the method of intensive interaction on the stereotyped behaviors was effectful (P <0.001).
Conclusion: According to the findings, the method of intensive interaction is effective on the stereotyped behaviors. The intensive interaction method can reduce the stereotyped behavior of children in the autism spectrum by influencing tissue and environmental stimuli.
