Abstract
Introduction: Among the factors that increase organizational performance is the personality of individuals. Compatibility and coordination between the type of personality and the type of environment makes it more compatible with jobs and professions, which in turn leads to positive organizational performance. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate and explain employee maturity based on employee personality traits.
method:. The statistical population includes 7394 employees of Khorasan Razavi province. The sample size was calculated to be 406 people. Organizational maturity questionnaire and personality traits questionnaire were used to evaluate the findings. To analyze the data, the spss software of version 23 and the amos software of version 23 have been used.
Results: The results show that the average maturity of employees is 3.76 and the average personality traits are 4.9. Both factors are in good shape compared to existing standards. For the dimension of personality traits and dimensions of maturity of employees, confirmatory factor analysis models have been extracted. 0, 989/0, 917/0 reported
Conclusion: Due to the fact that these values are larger than 0.9, the fitted models are suitable. The results of the regression model also showed that except for the variable of mental maturity of employees, other dimensions have a significant relationship with the variable of personality traits.
