اثربخشی برنامه درمانی شناختی رفتاری ویژه نوجوانان مبتلا به نقص توجه بیش فعالی بر تعامل آنها با والدینشان

چکیده

مقدمه:
تحقیقات نشان داده است که رفتار مبتلایان به نقص توجه بیش فعالی (ADHD )بر عملکرد آنان در خانواده، مدرسه و اجتماع اثر سوء میگذارد و واکنش منفی اطرافیان را به دنبال دارد؛ بنابراین، هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی برنامه درمانی شناختی رفتاری ویژه نوجوانان مبتال به ADHD بر تعامل آنها با والدینشان بود.
روش کار:
روش پژوهش نیمه تجربی و طرح پژوهش پیش آزمون و پس آزمون، پیگیری با گروه های گواه و تجربی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه نوجوانان 12-18 ساله بود که در سال 98 به علت مشکوک بودن به ADHD به کلنیک تنفسی دوباره ارجاع داده شده بودند. 30 نفر از کسانی که نمره بالاتر از برش در آزمون CBCL را گرفته بودند به صورت در دسترس و هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل سیاهه رفتاری کودک(CBCL) پرسشنامه ارزیابی رابطه والد - فرزند فاین و همکاران (PCRS) بود. یافته های پژوهش با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 25 و تحلیل کوواریانس و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی در سطح معناداری 0/05 تحلیل شدند. نتایج یافته های پژوهش نشان داد اختالف بین پیش آزمون و پس آزمون در هر دو گروه تجربی والد معنادار است (0/001>p) .باتوجه به اختالف میانگین ها، نمرات از پیش آزمون تا پس آزمون کاهش یافته است. اختالف بین پیش آزمون و پیگیری هم معنادار است(0/001>p) ). ولی بین میانگین پس آزمون و پیگیری دو گروه تجربی تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد(0/001<p).  نتیجه گیری با توجه به یافته های تحقیق میتوان گفت که برنامه شناختی رفتاری ویژه نوجوانان اثر مفیدی بر تعامل آنها با والدینشان دارد.

Abstract Introduction: Research has shown that the behavior of patients with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) affects their performance in the family, school and community and leads to a negative reaction from others; Therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral therapy program for adolescents with ADHD on their interaction with their parents. Methods: The method of quasi-experimental research and pre-test and posttest research design was follow-up with control and experimental groups. The statistical population included all adolescents aged 18-12 years who were referred to a respiratory clinic in 1998 due to suspected ADHD. Thirty people who scored higher than cut in the CBCL test were selected in an accessible and targeted manner. Research tools included Child Behavior Inventory (CBCL), Fine et al. Parent-Child Relationship Assessment Questionnaire (PCRS). Findings were analyzed using SPSS software version 25 and analysis of covariance and Bonferroni post hoc test at a significance level of 0.05. Results: The findings showed that the difference between pre-test and posttest in both parent experimental groups was significant (p <0.001). Due to the difference in means, the scores from pre-test to post-test have decreased. The difference between pre-test and follow-up is also significant (p <0.001). But there is no significant difference between the mean of post-test and follow-up of the two experimental groups (p> 0.001).
Conclusion: According to the research findings, it can be said that the special cognitive-behavioral program of adolescents has a beneficial effect on their interaction with their parents.
